Convent Bakery is the earliest opener on this page by listing. Its own site says open daily, 7am to 3:30pm. OpenStreetMap tags a longer window, 07:00 to 17:00, so trust the bakery’s own line. AGFG lists it at 1 St Heliers Street.

Bonbons Bakery sits on Victoria Street in Abbotsford, and its own site lists the address. We could not find opening hours in the sources we read. Check the site’s locations page before you set out.

Baketico — 128 Langridge Street, Collingwood VIC 3066
Baketico’s site lists Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm, and Sunday closed. That makes it a weekday and Saturday stop. It is on Langridge Street in Collingwood.
Go for: A Saturday visit before 3pm, since Sunday is listed as closed.
To Be Frank Bakery — 4 Bedford Street, Collingwood VIC 3066
AGFG lists To Be Frank closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 4:00pm. It also tags Takeaway and Disabled Access. The bakery’s own site prints the address as 1/4 Bedford St, Collingwood.

Faraday’s Cage — 325 Gore Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065
We could not read an own-site page for Faraday’s Cage, so this rests on OpenStreetMap and AGFG. AGFG lists Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM, plus Alfresco Dining, Breakfast, Takeaway, Gluten Free Options and Vegetarian Options. The same listing names breakfast and lunch for Tuesday to Sunday only, so check Mondays. AGFG pages carry no date, so confirm it is open before you go.
