Each entry is built from a menu, a site’s own hours or a directory tag, and says which. Where a source gave no hours, we give none. Where it only gave a Breakfast tick, we say listed as. No roaster is named in what we read, so we name none.

Astroluxe — 303 Chesterville Road, Bentleigh East VIC 3165
Its menu lists Egg Essential at $14.90. Its own site lists these as its morning hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM - 2:00PM, Saturday from 8:00AM and Sunday from 9:00AM. Other listings give different, longer hours, so check before you go.

Its site menu has a BREAKFAST heading. EGG & CHEESE is printed at $6.90 and BREAKY ROLL at $14.90. The site shows no opening hours that we could find, so we give none. We could not confirm how current the site is, so prices may have moved. Savoury-leaning.

AGFG tags it Breakfast and Vegan Options. We found no own site, no menu and no reliable hours, since AGFG’s own listing contradicts itself. So this is a lead, not a verdict. Ring before you plan around it.

Raw Galore — 6 Matthews Road, Bentleigh East VIC 3165
The own site says everything is vegan, from acai bowls and smoothies to savoury food and raw desserts. AGFG tags it Breakfast. The site lists Bentleigh East at 9am-3pm Monday to Friday and the same on weekends. The menu is an image, so we have no item prices. Sweet leaning.

Custodian Kitchen — 472 South Rd, Moorabbin VIC 3189
AGFG tags it Breakfast. Its own site lists open hours of monday to saturday 6:30am - 3:00pm, and sunday 6:30am - 2:00pm. That is the earliest start of the five. The menu is a PDF whose prices we could not pair with items, so no dollar amounts here.
