Burgers are the whole brief here. This page lists five places in and around Bentleigh East: one in Bentleigh East, three in Moorabbin and one in Oakleigh South. Two are burger specialists, Hello Sam and Cool Bean Kitchen Burger bar. Big Pig Canteen and Sandbelt Club Hotel have burgers on wider menus, and McDonald’s Warrigal Road is the fast-food entry.

Hello Sam — 691 Centre Road, Bentleigh East VIC 3165
Hello Sam’s site says it serves “100% Angus beef burgers with fresh ingredients and house-made sauces”. Its site lists Tuesday smashed beef burgers at $10. Its menu lists a Sunday family feed at $50 and Monday kids meals for under 12’s at $5. Trading hours on its site read 5PM to 9PM.

Cool Bean Kitchen Burger bar is on South Road, Moorabbin. Its site lists store hours Tuesday to Friday from 11 am to 8:30 pm and Saturday from 12 PM to 8.30 PM, closed Monday and Sunday. AGFG tags it Child Friendly. Its online ordering page lists Bean Supeme at A$20.50 and a Family Deal at A$49.00.

McDonald’s Warrigal Road — 661-663 Warrigal Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167
McDonald’s Warrigal Road is in Oakleigh South. The hours directory openinghoursau.com lists it as open 24 hours, seven days. The McDonald’s website did not load when we checked, so open the app before you drive over. OpenStreetMap tags it takeaway. We could not read a menu price for it, so there is no price here.

Big Pig Canteen — 35 Ebden Street, Moorabbin VIC 3189
Big Pig Canteen is in Moorabbin. Its menu lists a Big Pig Burger at $28 and a Vegie Burger at $26, and the menu codes mark the Big Pig Burger as containing gluten. Its site lists kitchen hours Wednesday to Thursday from 5pm to 8:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 9pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm.

Sandbelt Club Hotel is in Moorabbin, at the corner of South and Bignell Roads. Its main menu lists a Wagyu Beef Burger (CN) at $28 and a Vegan Burger (CN) at $23. General opening hours on the venue’s website run from 10:00am to 04:00am, Monday to Sunday. A separate seniors menu prints lower prices on some dishes, so we quote only the main menu.
