Correction (1 October 2026): an earlier version of this page listed fourteen gyms with weekly prices, opening hours, equipment lists and “best time to go” tips that were not checked against the gyms themselves. It put chain names, some of them repeated (Zap Fitness appeared four times), at Berwick addresses we could not match to any club’s own listing, gave every one the postcode 3809, which belongs to Officer (Berwick is 3806), and said every option had been tested in person. That was not true. The page has been rewritten from scratch: every gym, studio and centre below was checked against its own website and a second, independent listing on 1 October 2026, and nothing from the old page was kept.
Two of Berwick’s chain gyms share one road: Genesis at 18-24 Clyde Road and Jetts at 240-246. The two Pilates studios below are both on Gloucester Avenue, and the rest are spread out: Wheeler Street, Berwick Parkhill Plaza and Adakite Drive. Want laps with your weights? The council’s Casey ARC is in Narre Warren.
How this list works: it is not a ranking by taste. Every place here publishes what you get (access hours, staffed hours, classes, equipment) on its own site, and where it prints its fees, so do we. Where a club keeps its prices behind a form or a front desk, we say so rather than guess. Five of the seven list round-the-clock access for members.

Genesis Health and Fitness Berwick — 18-24 Clyde Road, Berwick VIC 3806
The full-service option on the list, near the corner of Clyde Road and the Princes Highway. Genesis says the club is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and lists more than 50 group exercise classes a week across three studios, four strength training areas with TRX and kettlebells, 60 pieces of new cardio equipment, a ladies-only gym area, “detox saunas” (the join page calls them infrared) and reformer Pilates. There are 100 car parks on site. Membership is on a no-lock-in contract.
Fees (per week, from its join page):
- Basic: from $14.95. Gym floor and cardio, 24/7 access, the ladies-only area, six guest passes and the infrared sauna.
- Standard: from $20.95. Adds group fitness classes and nutritional support.
- Premium: from $39.95. Adds unlimited reformer Pilates, premium classes, the Coaching Zone group personal training, HYROX Training Club sessions and a MyZone belt.
Staffed hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Sundays and public holidays are unstaffed. Contact: 03 8768 0700.

Fit N Firm 24/7 — 11/215 Parkhill Drive, Berwick VIC 3806
The locally owned option, in Berwick Parkhill Plaza. Fit N Firm calls itself a purpose-built, locally owned gym with 24/7 access, and every membership card includes unlimited access to its small group fitness classes, introductory PT sessions, a goal-based intro program and its training app.
Fees (per week, from its membership cards):
- Casual membership, no contract: $16.95.
- 6 month membership: $14.95.
- 12 month membership: $12.95. The card is marked “limited time offer”, so check it has not changed.
When we checked on 1 October 2026 the home page was also running a limited-time sale at a lower rate. We have left that out because it will be gone before long; check the site for whatever is current.

Snap Fitness 24/7 Berwick — Shop 3 & 4, 4-6 Wheeler Street, Berwick VIC 3806
The chain option on Wheeler Street, “Open 24 hours to members”. Snap’s Berwick page lists cardio equipment, free weights, 50kg weights, smart strength machines, Fitness on Demand, group classes, private showers and bathrooms, and free onsite parking. Classes are free for members and booked through the Snap app, and the club says it has three personal trainers. Snap memberships are reciprocal, so the same pass works at its other clubs.
Fees: not printed on the club page. The club lists three kinds of membership (month to month with cancel anytime, a 12-month agreement, and prepaid 3, 6 and 12-month options) and asks you to fill in a form for prices.
Staffed hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 7pm, Friday 9.30am to 4pm. Free trials run during staffed hours.

Anytime Fitness Berwick West — 41 Adakite Drive, Berwick VIC 3806
Anytime calls this club Berwick West; the address is Adakite Drive, Berwick 3806. It is “Open to Members 24/7” and lists squat racks, barbells, dumbbells and plate-loaded machines; treadmills, rowers, exercise cycles, stair climbers and cross-trainers; a functional corner with kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, plyo boxes and BOSU; free classes, private showers and parking. Membership opens the chain’s other clubs worldwide.
Office hours: Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm, closed Sunday. The club says staffed hours are subject to change.
Fees: not published. The club page invites you to stop in during office hours to talk membership options.

Casey ARC — 10 Patrick Northeast Drive, Narre Warren VIC 3805
The council option, in Narre Warren, and the one to pick if you want a pool. Casey ARC is owned by the City of Casey and managed by Aligned Leisure. It lists an indoor 50m pool, a program pool, a wave pool, a toddler play pool, a spa, steam room and sauna, a 24/7 gym, a functional training zone with power racks and kettlebells, and a group fitness studio running more than 70 classes a week. There is a cafe and childcare on site.

- Adult Aquatics: from $35.00, covering all Casey Leisure pools plus the sauna, steam room and spa.
- Adult Full access: from $57.30, adding 24/7 entry to all Casey Leisure gyms and group fitness classes.

Berwick Pilates — Shop 4/8 Gloucester Avenue, Berwick VIC 3806
A reformer specialist. Berwick Pilates says it is open seven days with more than 50 classes, morning and evening, and pitches its classes at everyone from first-timers to experienced practitioners. A reformer is a sliding carriage on springs, so the same machine can make a move easier or harder.
Fees (from its pricing page):
- Weekly memberships: one class $21.00, two classes $40.00, three classes $58.00, unlimited classes $79.00. The page says “No lock-in contracts. No sign up fees. No exit fees.”
- Casual passes: a 2 Class Pass at $49.00 (valid 30 days), a 10 Class Pass at $210.00 (valid 60 days), or a single class at $29.00 (valid 90 days).

Flow & Co. Pilates Berwick — Suite 3, 5 Gloucester Avenue, Berwick VIC 3806
The one for hot Pilates. Flow & Co.’s Berwick room is a “Reformer & Hot Studio”, and its hot mat rooms are heated to 32 to 34 degrees, with non-heated mat classes as well. It lists nine class styles, from Reformer Sweat and Reformer Power to Reformer 60s+, Reformer Mumma and Reformer Bump, and one pass works across its studios in Beaconsfield, Berwick, Officer and Pakenham.

Berwick Pilates on Gloucester Avenue has weekly memberships from $21.00 for one class, up to $79.00 for unlimited. Flow & Co. Pilates, also on Gloucester Avenue, lists $41 a week for 8 hot mat and reformer sessions per 28 days. Genesis Berwick’s Premium membership, from $39.95 a week, includes unlimited reformer Pilates, and KX Pilates has a studio at Eden Rise Village.

We confirmed each address at a second, independent source: the MyNextGym directory or OpenStreetMap. Berwick’s and Narre Warren’s postcodes are from the Australian postcode list. We left out the prices of time-limited sales and intro offers (except Fit N Firm’s 12-month rate, which its site labels a limited-time offer and which we flag as such), because they change faster than this page will.
