Fifteen dollars is a real budget. This page lists three places in and around Bonbeach where we copied a menu price under that line: The Indian Hut in Chelsea, plus Freddies Kitchen and Tinello in Carrum.
Every price here was copied from the venue’s own menu page or PDF, with the item name beside it. Menus hold more than we copied, so treat these as examples, not the whole board.
Hours are printed only where a site listed them. Check before you go.

The Indian Hut — 384 Nepean Highway, Chelsea VIC 3196
The Indian Hut’s menu prints Samosa -V- DF at $7.50. It describes the samosa as mashed potatoes and peas with spices in a fried triangular pastry wrap. The same menu prints Paneer Pakora -V–GF at $9.50. It also prints Tandoori Paneer Tikka -GF at $14.50, and Traditional Chicken Tikka (5pc) -GF at $14.50. Its site lists dinner Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm, lunch on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, and Monday closed. AGFG lists Takeaway.

The menu PDF linked from Freddies Kitchen’s site prints Create Your Own Breakfast at $10.50, and it may be an older menu. AGFG lists Breakfast, Takeaway, Child Friendly and Alfresco Dining. We have not printed its hours, and its details may have changed, so check before you go.

Tinello Cafe, Restaurant & Bar — 640 Nepean Highway, Carrum VIC 3197
Tinello’s menu PDF prints EGGS ON TOAST at $14.90, just under the fifteen-dollar line as printed; ask whether a surcharge applies on the day. Its site says it offers both dine-in and takeaway. We have not printed its hours, and its details may have changed, so check before you go.

Its site lists dinner Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm, lunch on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm, and Monday closed. That is the site’s own listing, so confirm before you head to Chelsea.
