Two bakeries had enough on the public record for us to include them, and only one gives us much to work with. That is the honest size of this list.
Both sit in Boronia itself. Bakers Delight is at Boronia Junction, and The Boronia Mall Bakery is listed on the mall’s own website. Below: what each source says, the prices we could copy, and where the trail goes cold.

Bakers Delight Boronia — Shop 8, Boronia Junction, 123 Boronia Road, Boronia VIC 3155
Shopfully’s store page for 123 Boronia Rd lists a Bakers Delight with store info and specials. OpenStreetMap tags the same spot as a bakery. Shopfully’s store page gives opening hours of 6:00am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:30pm on Saturday and 6:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday.
The prices below come from the store’s DoorDash listing, which says “Prices may differ between Delivery and Pickup.” We did not capture in-store prices, so these are delivery prices.
Sweet or savoury? The scroll and the danish we copied are both savoury. DoorDash describes the Cheesymite Scroll (Vegemite and melted cheese) as “a classic delicious and filling treat”, and the Ham & Cheese Danish as “flaky and flavoursome”, with “crispy ham with golden cheese”.

Boronia Mall (The Mall Boronia) — 50 Dorset Square, Boronia VIC 3155
The mall’s own website lists “The Boronia Mall Bakery” among its tenants. That is as far as we could verify: we did not read a menu, a price or opening hours for the bakery itself.
The mall’s site gives its own hours as 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday and public holidays closed. Those are the centre’s hours, so confirm the bakery’s with the shop. The Eastern Melburnian says the centre, originally known as Boronia Shoppingtown, opened in September 1973.
Go for: a look at the mall’s tenant list if you are already shopping there. It is a named listing, not a recommendation.
