Every place here carries an AGFG Breakfast tag, so the first question is simply what time the doors open. Six places in and around Brighton made the list: five in Brighton and one in Gardenvale.
The quick answer is that four of them publish hours on their own sites, and two print menu prices we could copy. For the rest, we say so rather than guess.
Each place was confirmed at two independent sources. AGFG tags are listing features, so we write them as listings, not as promises about the plate.

AGFG tags rocksalt for Breakfast, Takeaway, Alfresco Dining and Child Friendly. Its own site lists Open 7 days 7:30am - 9:00pm, with public holidays at 7:30am - 2:30pm. We could not read menu prices, so none are printed.
Roaster: We could not find a roaster named in our sources, so we name none.
Little Sister — 350 Bay Street, Brighton VIC 3186
AGFG tags Little Sister for Breakfast, Takeaway, Alfresco Dining and Child Friendly. Its own site lists Mon - Sat : 06:30am - 03pm and Sun : 07am - 03pm. The menu prints Open omelette at $24, Double Espresso at $4.50 and Iced Latte at $8. The site is undated in the pages we read, so check the prices.

AGFG tags Mylk for Breakfast, Takeaway, Alfresco Dining and Child Friendly. The MYLK Coffee Co site, mylkcoffeeco.com, names this cafe at its Church Street address. We could not find hours or readable prices for it.
