Hammer House Brunswick — 793-795 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056
Hammer House Brunswick’s site calls it a 24/7 gym and says it is equipped with Hammer Strength machines, racks and platforms, plus Australian Barbell free weights. The same site lists a new sauna and ice bath, and prints the line No Lock-In Contract. Its contact page prints staffed hours, while the club advertises 24/7 member entry, so staffed hours and access hours are two different things.

Snap Fitness — 50 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056
Snap Fitness Brunswick’s site says Open 24 hours to members and describes 24/7 access to a locally owned fitness facility. It also lists a join offer, worded as Join now for $6 per week for 6 weeks, with T&Cs applying. Read those terms before you sign anything.

The Fit Project — 316 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056
The Fit Project’s site describes it as Brunswick’s small group personal training studio, aimed at making strength training accessible, welcoming and sustainable. It says you can attend Strong, Enduro, Charge, or Yoga, and that the studio has been part of the community for nearly a decade. Not ready to commit to the 14-day experience? The site offers a single free coached session. Its listed session windows are Monday to Friday 6–10 am, 12–2 pm and 4–7 pm, and Saturday 8–11 am, with Sunday closed.

Brunswick Baths is council-run, and Active Merri-bek’s centre page lists a 50m outdoor pool, a 20m indoor pool, a 24/7 gym, a spa, sauna and steam room, a Reformer Pilates studio and an outdoor kids splash pad. Active Merri-bek’s centre page says it is welcoming and inclusive for everyone. Its listed hours are Monday to Friday 5:30am – 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 8:00pm.

Australian Strength Performance’s site says ASP is for people who take their training seriously but want a welcoming place to do it. It says the Class + Gym membership includes unlimited Discover Strength classes and full access to the gym floor. Its home page prints Monday to Friday 6.00am – 8.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 3.30pm and Sunday 9am to 1.00pm.

This one trades as CrossFit North Carlton, but its address is in Brunswick East. The site says it caps its classes at 12 and lists free parking for cars and bikes. Its home page prints Monday to Friday 5:45am – 11am and 3:45pm – 8pm, Saturday 7am – 12pm and Sunday 7:45am – 10am.

Armature Pilates — 343a Lygon Street, Brunswick East VIC 3057
Armature Pilates says 343A Lygon Street is where Armature all began. Its site lists a Pilates Mat Open, and a post-birth mat class it calls bub friendly. For regular classes, it lists 4 Group Classes Fortnightly at $79.00 / fortnight, covering up to 4 classes per fortnight across Armature Reformer, Strength and Pilates. Armature runs several Brunswick East studios on one website, and this address is the mat room.
