Left Field’s own site describes its Iced Coconut Matcha Cloud as “dairy free & vegan”, and prints it at $8. The site also lists the Iced Coconut Espresso Cloud at $8, but the text we could read does not mark that one as vegan. The full food menu loads by script and we could not read it, so we cannot report vegan food dishes here.
Menu markers: Only the Iced Coconut Matcha Cloud carries a vegan label in the text we could read, so start there and ask about the rest.
Roule Galette — 104 Koornang Road, Carnegie VIC 3163
AGFG tags Roule Galette with “Vegan Options”, “Vegetarian Options” and “Gluten Free Options”. Its own site describes the place as crepe and galette, which are thin pancakes made sweet or savoury. We could not read a menu with dish-level markers, so we cannot say which fillings are the vegan ones. The site lists Monday as closed.
Ask: which crepe or galette fillings are vegan, and whether the batter and cooking surface are shared with egg and dairy items.
Namma Bangalore Vibbes — 118 Koornang Road, Carnegie VIC 3163
AGFG tags Namma Bangalore Vibbes with “Vegan Options”, “Vegetarian Options” and “Gluten Free Options”. We could not read this menu to see how it marks vegan dishes. We found no published kitchen statement.
Fully plant-based or options: options, according to AGFG, so ask which dishes are made without dairy such as ghee, butter or yoghurt.
Lizzy’s Chocolate Creations — 172 Koornang Road, Carnegie VIC 3163
Lizzy’s is a chocolate shop and bakery, not a cafe. Its site shows “Vegan” as a menu category, next to hampers and vouchers. That is a category label, and we could not read which items sit under it or what they contain. The site also lists baked goods and gift boxes, and AGFG lists hot chocolate flavours.
Ask: which products in the vegan category are made in a kitchen that also handles milk chocolate, and whether the label on the pack says so.
Blue Ginger Viet Kitchen & Bar — 65 Koornang Road, Carnegie VIC 3163
AGFG tags Blue Ginger Viet Kitchen & Bar with “Vegan Options”, “Vegetarian Options” and “Gluten Free Options”. OpenStreetMap lists the same address under the shorter name Blue Ginger. We could not reach an own site, so there is no menu or kitchen statement for us to quote.
Ask: whether sauces such as fish sauce are used in the dishes tagged vegan, since Vietnamese cooking often includes them.
