Every cafe below was checked on 1 October 2026 against its own website, menu or official social page and a second, independent listing, and every price comes from the cafe’s own menu.

Komeya — 729 Glen Huntly Road, Caulfield VIC 3162

Roaster: Allpress, by name. Its “Espresso” or “A.R.T.” blend is $5 for an espresso and $5.50 for a regular. Filter coffee is listed too, $6, hot or iced. Sweet or savoury? Sweet is the tiramisu French toast, $25: espresso-soaked brioche with vanilla mascarpone, berries, cocoa and caramel. Savoury is the Turkish eggs, $26. The order: Turkish eggs. Poached eggs over lemon and garlic yoghurt, with roasted capsicum, chilli oil and dukkah. It’s the Turkish çılbır idea, soft eggs on cool garlicky yoghurt with a hit of chilli.
