A marker on a menu is a promise from the venue, which is why we report only what the published sources say. It answers one question: where in and around Chadstone does a published listing mention vegan options?
Three places made the list. Industry Beans and Louis Dumpling Bar are both on Dandenong Road in Chadstone, and Tea Garden is just over the border in Oakleigh. Each one was checked against its own website and the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG).
In every case the vegan detail comes from AGFG. That is a tag, not a menu and not a kitchen statement, so each entry ends with one thing to ask before you order.

Industry Beans: Chadstone — 1341 Dandenong Rd, Chadstone VIC 3148
AGFG lists Industry Beans: Chadstone with “Vegan Options”, alongside “Takeaway” and “Breakfast”. The venue’s own site gives the same address, 1341 Dandenong Road, so the two sources agree on where it is. AGFG’s listing shows hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Wednesday and 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Thursday to Saturday and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Sunday, though that directory is owner-maintained and can be out of date.
Ask: which items on the current menu are the vegan options AGFG refers to, since we could not find a published menu with markers.
Louis Dumpling Bar — 1341 Dandenong Rd, Chadstone VIC 3148
AGFG lists Louis Dumpling Bar with “Vegan Options” and “Takeaway”. The AGFG map entry puts it at Shop 1005 Social Quarter, Chadstone Shopping Centre, and the restaurant’s own site gives 1341 Dandenong Rd. A dumpling menu can mix pork, prawn and vegetable fillings, so a tag alone does not tell you which parcels are plant-based.
Menu markers: we could not find a published menu with vegan markers, so ask which dumpling fillings are vegan and whether they are steamed or cooked with the others.
Tea Garden — 1555 Dandenong Road, Oakleigh VIC 3166
Tea Garden is the one place here outside Chadstone, at 1555 Dandenong Road, Oakleigh. Its own site and AGFG agree on that address. AGFG lists it with “Vegan Options” and “Takeaway”, and we have it filed as a Chinese restaurant, so a vegetable or tofu dish is the likely thing to ask about, not something we can name from a menu.
Fully plant-based or options: AGFG says options, not fully plant-based, so ask which dishes are made without meat, egg and fish sauces.
