The honest answer comes first. Only the library publishes a study-area and WiFi claim we could quote. For the four cafes below we verified opening hours and menu prices where their pages gave them, but we did not verify any WiFi, power-point or laptop-policy claim, so none appears here.
None of the five places has a Craigieburn South address, so this is an in-and-around list: four in Craigieburn and one in Donnybrook. Hours and prices are the ones each page printed on 2 October 2026; ring ahead if your day depends on a table.

Craigieburn Library (Hume Global Learning Centre: Craigieburn) — 75-95 Central Park Avenue, Craigieburn VIC 3064
Hume Libraries’ Craigieburn page says the library “provides study areas and meeting spaces, public PCs and WiFi, gaming consoles, a dedicated children’s area”. The council describes Hume Libraries as “Council’s free public library service”. The page lists Monday to Wednesday 10:00 AM–08:00 PM, Thursday 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM–05:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–04:00 PM and Sunday 01:00 PM–04:00 PM, and says “Closed on public holidays.” It publishes no laptop policy that we captured.

The Coffee Club (Craigieburn Central) — Craigieburn Central, 340 Craigieburn Road, Craigieburn VIC 3064
Craigieburn Central’s retailer page calls The Coffee Club “your cosy spot for great coffee and delicious meals all day long” and describes “a relaxing coffee break, a hearty breakfast, or a casual lunch with friends”. That page gives the centre’s address, 340 Craigieburn Road, not a shop number. OpenStreetMap tags the cafe takeaway=yes. The centre’s page lists Monday to Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday and Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm. We have no prices for this one.

Degani Craigieburn — Shop 20, Stockland Highlands Shopping Centre, 300 Grand Boulevard, Craigieburn VIC 3064
Degani’s Craigieburn page is headed “Degani Craigieburn | Coffee & Breakfast” and its menu says “BREAKFAST AVAILABLE TILL 3PM” and “DINE IN OR TAKE AWAY”. The page lists Sunday to Wednesday 8:00am – 8:00pm and Thursday to Saturday 8:00am – 9:00pm. The menu is the PDF the venue’s page links as its menu; it prints numbers without a dollar sign, so check the board for changes.

The cafe’s own ordering site lists Monday to Friday 06:30 am - 02:30 pm and Saturday to Sunday 07:20 am - 02:30 pm, and offers Pickup and Dine-in with a note that “Prices may vary based on add-ons, extras, and sizes.” A flat white starts at $4.00 on its menu. Eggs Benedict is poached eggs on English muffins with ham and spinach under hollandaise, per the menu’s description.

Peppercino Cafe — 34A Albury Avenue, Donnybrook VIC 3064
The cafe’s site lists “Open Hours: 7 DAYS, 8:00AM - 4:00PM (may differ on public holidays)”, “BREAKFAST (ALL DAY)” and a “KIDS MENU”, and credits “delicious coffee by Cortado Coffee Roasters”. It says it is “perfectly located opposite Peppercorn Park and Playground”. Its menu is a seasonal PDF whose currency we could not confirm, so prices may have moved. Eggs Benny is the poached-egg-and-hollandaise dish.
