Seven bakeries and pie shops had enough on the public record for us to stand behind them. Five are in Deer Park and two are in Cairnlea, in the Cairnlea Town Centre, so this is a page about Deer Park and the suburb next door. Each heading carries the real suburb.
What follows is built from listings and listed hours, not from tasting notes. We read no menu prices we could rely on, so there are none here. Where a source says something specific about a bakery, we quote it. Where a source gives only a name and an address, the entry says so in one line and stops. Keen for a pie or a pastry? Bonbons Bakery (Brimbank Central) — Shop T080, Brimbank Central Shopping Centre, Cnr Neale & Station Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
Brimbank Shopping Centre’s page says Bonbons Bakery “specialises in ‘Grab & Go’ Asian & Western style freshly baked bread based products, hot & cold beverages and cakes & treats.” The centre files it under “Level 1 Food”. The centre’s listing has Monday to Wednesday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Thursday and Friday 9:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Go for: The Thursday and Friday evening hours, which are the longest on the centre’s listing.
Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse (Brimbank) — Brimbank Shopping Centre, Station Road & Neale Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
The brand’s own store page says: “We’re known for our award-winning cakes, delicious pies, and freshly brewed coffee.” The centre lists the store under “Level 1 Food”. The brand page gives 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Thursday and Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.
The centre’s own listing differs on every day: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am to 9:00pm Thursday and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and 10:00am to 5:00pm Sunday, so check the day before you go. We read no store-specific prices.
Go for: Pies, cakes or a coffee, which are the three things its own page names.
Cherry’s Bake Shop & Cafe — 831B Ballarat Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
The shop’s Facebook page advertised an “8-inch family size bibingka loaded with cheese, salted egg, and coconut.” Bibingka is a Filipino rice cake. OpenStreetMap maps the shop at 831B Ballarat Road, and its Facebook page was active when we checked on 5 October 2026.
We found no hours or prices on anything we read for this shop.
Go for: The bibingka, but message the shop first, since we have no hours to give you.
European Bakery — 3 Porter Ct, Deer Park VIC 3023
This is a short entry on purpose. AGFG and Curateria both list European Bakery at 3 Porter Ct, Deer Park, and that is all we can confirm. Its Facebook page needs a login to read, and we have no hours or menu from a page the bakery itself runs.
Go for: A phone check first. We can give a name and an address, nothing more.
Pie Face (Deer Park) — 810 Ballarat Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
Pie Face’s own store locator lists the shop at 810 Ballarat Road, and OpenStreetMap maps it there too. The chain’s site says: “Enjoy our delicious barista coffee today!” That is the brand’s line, not ours. We captured no hours or store prices for this shop.
Go for: A pie-and-coffee stop, with the hours checked on the store locator first.
Top Top Bakery (Cairnlea Town Centre) — Cairnlea Town Centre, 100 Furlong Road, Cairnlea VIC 3023
Cairnlea is the suburb next to Deer Park. The Cairnlea Town Centre listing gives Top Top Bakery 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Sunday. That is the only detail the listing prints: no description, menu or prices. The address is the centre’s address at 100 Furlong Road.
Go for: The arvo, since the listed hours run to the evening every day.
Vic Pies (Cairnlea Town Centre) — Cairnlea Town Centre, 100 Furlong Road, Cairnlea VIC 3023
The Cairnlea Town Centre lists Vic Pies at 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day of the week. The address is the centre’s address, and the listing prints no shop number. The shop has an ordering site at vicpiesonline.com.au, but we captured no menu prices from it.

Is there a Filipino bakery in Deer Park?
Cherry’s Bake Shop & Cafe on Ballarat Road advertised a bibingka on its Facebook page, and bibingka is a Filipino rice cake. We found no hours or menu prices for it, so call or message before you go.
Do these bakeries have prices listed?
We copied no menu prices on these places’ own pages, so this page prints none. Ferguson Plarre’s chain pricing is not store specific, so we recorded none, and the ordering site for Vic Pies did not give us readable prices.
