Every pizza menu makes a claim, even when it says little: the toppings point to a style, and the price sits in the corner. This page covers four places in and around Deer Park, and it reads each menu for what it actually prints. Two are in Deer Park, Don Luigi Pizza Cafe and Cena. Paramount Pizza is in Derrimut and The Boardwalk Pizzeria is in Caroline Springs, and their headings say so.
Where a venue states something about its dough or oven, we would quote it exactly. None of the four did in the sources we read, so this page makes no claim about either. BYO is reported only where a site states it, and otherwise it says “not stated”. We read menus and listings. We do not review the food.

Don Luigi Pizza Cafe — 72 Neale Rd, Deer Park VIC 3023
Don Luigi Pizza Cafe is at 72 Neale Rd, inside Brimbank Shopping Centre, and the centre’s food directory lists it as Don Luigi’s Pizza Café. A listing on edan.io gives hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, 9 am to 9 pm Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm Sunday. AGFG prints the same hours, but the centre’s directory showed a different “Open today” line on another day, so treat these as listed hours.
We fetched no menu, so there is no price and no style claim here. AGFG’s feature list includes “Child Friendly”, “Delivery” and “Takeaway”.
The style: Not stated, because we read no menu; AGFG’s tags are the only description we have.
BYO / takeaway: BYO is not stated, and AGFG tags it “Takeaway”.
Cena — 75a Mount Derrimut Road, Deer Park VIC 3023
Cena’s menu lists the Margherita at $24.00 with tomato, mozzarella di bufala (buffalo-milk mozzarella) and basil, the classic margherita format of tomato, cheese and basil. The Funghi is $26.00 with fior di latte (cow’s-milk mozzarella), porcini, wild mushrooms and truffle oil. Rigatoni Carbonara is $32.00 for anyone who wants pasta instead.
The site lists Monday closed, and it strongly recommends a reservation for Friday and Saturday nights. It runs an on-going Pizza Takeaway Deal: any 3 pizzas for $49.

Paramount Pizza — 9/1 Elgar Rd, Derrimut VIC 3026
Paramount Pizza is in Derrimut, a neighbouring suburb. Its own site lists the Any Small Traditional Pizza + Can of Coke lunch special at $12.90, available only 11:30 am - 02:30 pm, and an Every Day Pickup Deal for any large traditional pizza at $14.90, pick-up only. The Americana (Napoli sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, mushroom and salami) is $12.90 in the small size. Napoli sauce is a tomato sauce.
The site lists the shop open 11:30am to 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 4:00pm to 10:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. OpenStreetMap carries a different hours tag, so hours may change, and the prices are the online-ordering prices. The site’s ordering page offers “Pickup or Delivery”.

The Boardwalk Pizzeria — Springlake Shopping Centre, 1-7 Caroline Springs Boulevard, Caroline Springs VIC 3023
The Boardwalk Pizzeria is in Caroline Springs. Its menu lists MARGHERITA (V) at $25, and THE BOARDWALK, listed under the menu’s GOURMET PIZZA heading, at $29 with mozzarella, pancetta, scamorza cheese, roasted potatoes and rosemary. Scamorza is a stretched-curd Italian cheese. The Kids Bunny Pizza is $13.90, listed with San Marzano tomato and mozzarella cheese, and Spaghetti Carbonara (Italian Style) is $34.
The menu also prints “VEGAN MOZZARELLA AVAILABLE* +4”, and the site has a “BOOK NOW” button. The dine-in hours read Monday to Friday from 04:30pm until late and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm until late. The Cantina (breakfast and lunch) is listed Thursday to Sunday, while its menu header says every day, so check the days.

Those are online-ordering prices. In Deer Park itself, Cena lists its Margherita at $24.00, and Don Luigi Pizza Cafe printed no price we copied.
Do I need to book?
Cena’s site strongly recommends a reservation for Friday and Saturday nights. The Boardwalk Pizzeria’s site has a “BOOK NOW” button. For Don Luigi Pizza Cafe and Paramount Pizza we read no booking statement.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Only one site says: Cena’s states the venue is not BYO. For the other three, BYO is not stated in what we read.
