This page answers one question: where do you go in Footscray when you want something sweet? It covers five places, two in Footscray, two in Seddon and one in West Footscray, so it is Footscray and the suburbs next door rather than Footscray alone.
Every entry is built from the place’s own website, the Australian Good Food Guide or OpenStreetMap. Where a menu prints a price, we copy it with its item. Where it does not, we say so and print nothing.

T. Cavallaro & Sons Pasticceria — 98 Hopkins Street, Footscray VIC 3011
Cannoli first. The site’s own page title reads ‘T. Cavallaro & Sons Pasticceria - Sicilian Cannoli & Sweets - Footscray, Melbourne’, and that is the pitch in its own words. We could not find menu prices on the site, so we print none. Its hours line reads Monday: Closed, Tuesday - Friday: 8.30am - 4pm, Saturday: 8am - 3pm, Sunday: 8:30am - 12pm.
The build: a cannoli is a fried pastry shell with a sweet filling, and the site title is the only product detail we could read.
Caminito La Boca — 205-207 Nicholson Street, Footscray VIC 3011
Not a pastry shop. Caminito La Boca is an Argentinian restaurant, and its menu prints ARROZ CON LECHE at $9, which is a rice pudding. The menu prints bare numbers with no dollar signs. Its home page asks for bookings by phone or Instagram, and we could not find opening hours.

Seddon Deadly Sins — 148 Victoria Street, Seddon VIC 3011
This one is all about the cakes. Its site says ‘our cakes are freshly baked daily’, and it lists a High Tea featuring homemade scones, quiches, danishes and petit fours. It also says there are plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. Its hours line gives Coffee and Cakes as 7.00am - 3.30pm, and we could not read any menu prices.
Mess forecast: a high tea as the site describes it means scones, quiches, danishes and petit fours, so plan for a table of small plates rather than one slice.
Mozzarella Bar — 103 Victoria Street, Seddon VIC 3011
Tiramisu gets its own line here. The menu prints TIRAMISU at $16.00, described as housemade espresso, mascarpone cream and dark chocolate shavings. It is a pizza and pasta restaurant first, so think dessert after dinner. The site’s hours line starts with mon-fri: 4:30-9:30pm.

This is West Footscray, not Footscray proper. The online shop prints Kanelbullar (Cardamom & Cinnamon Scroll) at $ 7.50, a Chocolate Chip Cookie at $ 4.50 and a Plain Croissant at $ 6.00. The site lists hours as Tue-Sun, 7am-2pm, and lists its items as available from the cafe and from farmers markets.
