This is a short page. We could verify four places: two in Footscray, one in West Footscray and the council aquatic centre in Maribyrnong, just outside Footscray. Any place we could not confirm stays off the list.
We judge each one on what it publishes: hours, prices and classes. Where a place lists no price we copied, we print none. Each entry ends with a labelled line.

The Exercise Room — 88 Buckley Street, Footscray VIC 3011
The criteria here are access, price and contract terms. Its site lists “Gym Open 24/7” and says “NO LOCK-IN CONTRACT, EVER”. It prints membership from $11.95* a week, with the asterisk, and says “NO JOINING FEE - EVER.” The same page prints Train Anytime from $13.95 week*, and the conditions behind the asterisks are not shown. Its site also lists private showers and offers a free day pass if you call to organise a tour.

Footscray Park — Ballarat Road, Footscray VIC 3011
Footscray Park is public open space, and the council’s feature list for it includes a fitness circuit, a walking path, a drinking fountain and toilets. The council also says the park connects to the Maribyrnong River Trail. The council lists no entry fee or hours for the park, so we state neither. We could not find a published description of the circuit’s equipment, so we do not describe it.

Snap Fitness West Footscray — Tenancy 1, 1-19 Graingers Road, West Footscray VIC 3012
This one is in West Footscray, a short hop from Footscray. Its site says “Open 24 hours to members” and lists 24 Hour Access. The same page lists an infrared sauna, group classes and free onsite parking. It shows no membership prices on the page we read, so we print none.
Get involved: Contact the club for membership prices and the group class timetable, since neither is printed on its page.
Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre (MAC) — 1 Aquatic Drive, Maribyrnong VIC 3032
MAC is the council’s pool and health club, just outside Footscray in Maribyrnong. The council page lists Monday to Friday between 5.45am and 10pm, and Saturdays and Sundays between 8am and 6.15pm. Aquatics Sessions are $8.50 and include access to the 50m pool, leisure pool and warm water exercise pool. Swim, spa, sauna, steam room is $15.50, Health Club Session is $28.50 and Group Fitness classes are $22.50. These are adult prices, and the council table lists lower concession and child columns.
