Italian food in Footscray is a spread of formats rather than one kind of restaurant: a sit-down pasta menu, a pizza counter, a pasticceria and a bar that cooks Italian-fusion plates. This page lists six places in and around Footscray, with three in Footscray itself and the others in Seddon, West Footscray and Yarraville.
We have not tasted any of them, so there are no verdicts on crust or sauce. What you get is what each place publishes: the style it names, the dishes it prints, the price beside each dish, and where a source is silent we say “not stated” instead of guessing.
Every place was confirmed at two independent sources, and each venue fact below is attributed to the site or listing it came from.

Littlefoot Bar & Kitchen — 223 Barkly Street, Footscray VIC 3011
Littlefoot is a bar first, and its own site describes “Delicious Italian-fusion snacks, share plates and main dishes”. Broadsheet says the local Vietnamese, African and Indian communities inspire the menu, so read this as Italian-leaning rather than a classic trattoria. Its what’s-on page lists Pastas (Sundays all day) at $20, which is the clearest Italian item we could read.

T. Cavallaro & Sons Pasticceria — 98 Hopkins Street, Footscray VIC 3011
A pasticceria (an Italian pastry shop) is a different stop from a pasta restaurant, and this one’s page title reads “Sicilian Cannoli & Sweets”. The cannoli is the Sicilian pastry to know: a fried shell filled with sweetened ricotta. Its site lists trading Tuesday to Sunday and closed Monday, and we could not find published menu prices, so we have written none.

Good Pizza HQ — 6/107-109 Whitehall Street, Footscray VIC 3011
Good Pizza HQ is listed at the Hop Nation Brewing Co. location, so this is pizza with a brewery attached. We class it as Detroit-style (our classification, not a claim the venue makes), which means a square, pan-baked pizza, and we have not found a dough or oven claim from the venue. Its site lists kitchen hours from Thursday to Sunday and has an “ORDER PICK-UP” option; we found no menu prices we could use.

Mozzarella Bar — 103 Victoria Street, Seddon VIC 3011
This Seddon restaurant is the sit-down pasta pick here. Its site lists wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, and the menu prints MARGHERITA at $23.00 as a “traditional margherita topped with san marzano tomato”. On the pasta side the menu prints GNOCCHI DELLA CASA at $28.00 and SPAGHETTI CARBONARA at $29.00, plus CHICKEN PARMIGIANA at $35.00. The menu prints bare numbers, so the dollar signs are ours.

Harley and Rose — 572 Barkly Street, West Footscray VIC 3012
Harley and Rose in West Footscray lists “WOOD FIRED PIZZA” on its site, and says you can drop in for “a wood fired pizza or a family meal”. The sample menu prints Casarecce cacio e pepe at $31, a pasta of Roman origin built on pecorino and black pepper. The site says the menu changes seasonally and the PDF is a sample, and it lists the place closed Sunday and Monday.

Cheezy Pizza — 75 Gamon Street, Yarraville VIC 3013
Cheezy Pizza in Yarraville is a pick-up and delivery pizza shop, as its ordering page says. The order page prints Margherita at $15.90 and American at $16.90, with size not printed beside the prices. For a plant-based option it lists Vegan Margherita at $18.90, described with “Napoli Sauce, Vegan Mozzarella And Fresh Basil”. We found no hours to quote.

Cheezy Pizza on Gamon Street lists Vegan Margherita at $18.90 on its order page, described with Napoli sauce, vegan mozzarella and fresh basil. It also lists pick-up and delivery.
