Fifteen dollars still buys a feed if you read the price board. Six places on this page print at least one item under $15 on their own menu pages, and every amount below is copied as printed.
Four of the six are on Hampton Street in Hampton: Chicken Lads, Paperboy Coffee Bar, Fazio’s Pizzeria e Grill and Roti Boti Indian Restaurant. Two are in Sandringham, so this is an “in and around Hampton” list: Red Moose Smoothies & Wraps on Waltham Street and Curry Treasure on Station Street. Each heading carries the venue’s own suburb.
Some of these are sides, entrees or a single size, not a full meal. Each entry says what the item is, so you can decide if it is a snack or dinner. Menus move, so ring before you head out.

Chicken Lads — 529 Hampton Street, Hampton VIC 3188
Chicken Lads’ site prints CHICKEN SCHNITZEL at $10.90 each and a KIDS PACK at $12.95, which it describes as two chicken tenders and small chips. The HOT CHIPS line starts with a cup at $6.95. The site lists “OPEN Tue-Sunday 11am-8pm” and says you can order online for store pick up or delivery.

The move: the schnitzel at $10.90 each is the line to start with, and a schnitzel is a crumbed, fried chicken fillet.
Paperboy Coffee Bar — 370 Hampton Street, Hampton VIC 3188
Paperboy’s own menu PDF prints Bacon & Egg Roll at $12, Banana Bread & Mascarpone (GF) at $10 and Toasted Bagel & spread (GFO VG) at $8.50, which is how the menu prints it. For context, the same menu prints Eggs on Toast (GFO V) at $16, over the ceiling. The site lists Monday to Friday 6:30 to 3:00 and Saturday & Sunday 7:30 to 3:00, so this is a brekkie-to-arvo stop, not a dinner one.

What it is: a bacon and egg roll is bacon and egg in a bread roll; the menu line we copied gives only the name and the price.
Fazio’s Pizzeria e Grill — 462 Hampton Street, Hampton VIC 3188
Fazio’s site prints Bruschetta (of heirloom tomatoes, basil and Spanish onion) at $10. Of the single-price lines we recorded from its menu, that is the only one under the ceiling: Mpepata di cozze is $17 and Veal Lasagne is $26. The menu page we copied from carries an older date stamp, so check the price when you book. The contact page lists Tuesday as Closed and the other nights as “4 pm – 10 pm (5 pm – 9 pm)”.

What it is: bruschetta is toasted bread with a topping, and the menu’s version is heirloom tomatoes, basil and Spanish onion.
Roti Boti Indian Restaurant — 513 Hampton Street, Hampton VIC 3188
Roti Boti’s takeaway menu prints Samosa (2pcs) at $12, described as triangle-shaped pastry stuffed with spiced peas and potatoes, served with sweet tamarind chutney. Onion Bhaaji is $14, described as rings of onion coated in chickpea batter then golden fried. These prices come from the takeaway menu page, so dine-in prices may differ. The site gives its hours in two places that do not match, so ring before you go.

What it is: bhaaji (also spelled bhaji) is a vegetable fritter; here it is onion rings in chickpea batter.
Red Moose Smoothies & Wraps — 32 Waltham Street, Sandringham VIC 3191
This one is in Sandringham, not Hampton. Red Moose’s site prints Kids Wraps at $4.50, a MAINS Bowl at $11, SOUP at $8 for a mug and Smoothies from $6.50 for a small. It lists “Monday-Sunday 10am-4pm”, with Friday-Sunday 10am-5pm under summer hours. Some items are marked summer-only on the menu, so what is on offer changes through the year.

What it is: the smoothie menu is priced by size, small, medium and large, and the $6.50 is the small.
Curry Treasure — 82 Station Street, Sandringham VIC 3191
This one is also in Sandringham, not Hampton. Curry Treasure’s own site prints a takeaway menu with items marked “TA”: TA Samosa 2pcs is $10.00. Plain Naan, which the menu prints without the “TA” mark, is $4.50. Its curries sit higher, for example TA Dal Makhani at $19.00 and TA Butter Chicken Mild at $22.99. The site lists every day 16:00 - 21:00. We found no street address on its own site, so the address comes from OpenStreetMap and the Sandy Village traders’ directory.

What it is: naan is the flat bread you tear and use to scoop up curry, and the menu prints Plain Naan at $4.50.

Are these takeaway prices or dine-in prices?
Roti Boti’s prices are from its takeaway menu page, and it says dine-in prices may differ. Curry Treasure’s samosa price is from the takeaway menu its site marks “TA”; its Plain Naan line carries no such mark. For the other four places we copied the menu price as printed, so check with the venue about how you are ordering.
