Have not trained since school? That is fine. This page lists five places in and around Keilor where you can swim, lift, spar or tumble, and says what each one has published.
Two are in Keilor Downs, one is in Tullamarine just outside the Keilor area, and two are in Kealba. We judge them on listed hours, listed prices and the classes each site names, not on who is best.
Every place was checked against two sources, and prices are copied from the page they appear on. Where a site published no hours or fees, we say so and leave them out.

Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre — 90 Taylors Road, Keilor Downs VIC 3038
This is the council’s own recreation and aquatic centre, and the site calls it Brimbank City Council’s leading edge centre. General hours on the site are 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 7pm on weekends. The Health Club is listed as accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the site advertises access to over 90 Group Fitness classes each week.
The site lists aquatic facilities with pools, warm water and a spa. A site banner says the sauna remains closed, so do not count on it. The site also says casual prices are subject to change in the new financial year.

Anytime Fitness Keilor Downs — 80 Taylors Road (Keilor Central), Keilor Downs VIC 3038
This gym is inside Keilor Central. Its page says Open to Members 24/7, and lists Open 24 Hours as its headline. The page also lists Gym Equipment and Amenities with 24-Hour Access, plus Private Restrooms and Private Showers.
The page showed Office Closed every day, so do not count on someone at the desk. No prices are published there, and membership options are by enquiry.
Home ground: Keilor Central, so you can pair a session with a shopping run, and enquire through the gym’s page about membership.
Invictus Mixed Martial Arts — 2C Assembly Drive, Tullamarine VIC 3043
Invictus is in Tullamarine, just outside Keilor. Its site says the schedule features structured sessions in Muay Thai, Boxing and BJJ for children and teens, plus womens-only classes in Muay Thai and self-defence. BJJ is Brazilian jiu-jitsu, a grappling sport.
Its site lists hours of 4:00 – 9:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am – 12:00pm on Saturday. The memberships page prints 2 classes/wk Membership at $40 per Week, 4 classes/wk Membership at $50 per Week, and Unlimited Membership at $60 per week.

We could not find published hours or prices on the pages we read, and the site footer carries an older copyright year. Treat the details as a starting point and confirm them directly.

Gymnastics Unlimited (Kealba) — 4/12 Malcolm Court, Kealba VIC 3021
This kids gymnastics club shares 12 Malcolm Court with Mitrevski, in a different unit. Its site lists Gymnastics For Toddlers, described as Little Steps, Big Discoveries, and invites you to sign up for a trial class with what it calls its world-class coaching team.
The club’s other location is listed as Caroline Springs, and the site says its membership includes both locations. We found no published prices or hours.
Season runs: The site lists a Kealba timetable, so check it for current session times before you book the trial.
