Correction (10 October 2026): an earlier version of this page listed places and details we could not stand behind. It has been rewritten from scratch: every place below was confirmed at two independent sources on 9 October 2026, and every price was copied from the page it was published on.
This page answers a simple question: where can you sit down to Italian in and around Kew East? It covers three places, two in Kew East and one just across the border in Balwyn North, where we could not confirm table seating from what we read.
Each one was checked against two independent sources, and every price shown was copied from the menu page it was published on. Where a listing comes from the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG), we say so, because those features are the listing’s, not ours.
Sites are not always dated, so treat hours and prices as a starting point and confirm with the restaurant.
