This is a short page on purpose. Only two places in and around Kew East passed our checks for pizza and Italian: Vicky’s Restaurant in Kew East and Pizzeria Donut Bar Balwyn in Balwyn North.
Each was confirmed at two independent sources. Where a price is printed we copied it exactly with its dish, and where we could not read one we say so rather than pad the list.

Vicky’s Restaurant — 5-7 Strathalbyn Street, Kew East VIC 3102
Vicky’s own site lists 5-7 Strathalbyn Street, Kew East, and the site shows hours of 6pm - 9pm Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, 6pm - 9:30pm Friday and Saturday, and Monday closed. AGFG’s entry marks the venue child friendly and notes vegan options and takeaway. The prices below are the ones the menu prints; none of them is a pizza, so this page does not name a pizza style for the venue.

The takeaway site for Pizzeria Donut Bar Balwyn lists 10 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North, and AGFG gives the same address. The site’s hours read Tuesday to Thursday 17:00 to 20:30, Friday and Saturday 17:00 to 21:30, and Sunday 17:00 to 20:30. The site also says “Yes, we do have vegan cheese.” We could not find a menu with prices we could read.
The style: Not stated; we could not find a published description of the dough or oven, so we do not guess, and BYO is not stated either, while AGFG lists takeaway.
