Four places in and around Kew East carry a Takeaway tag on the Australian Good Food Guide, and the fifth, Eno Garden Brunch & Takeaway, has takeaway in its name: one in Kew East, one in Kew and three in Balwyn North. This page puts them side by side with the prices and hours we could read.
Each was checked against a second source, usually its own website. AGFG tags come from the listings, so we word them as AGFG’s.
Where a menu printed a price we copied it, with the item beside it. Where it did not, the table says so.

AGFG lists Vicky’s Restaurant with Takeaway, Child Friendly and Vegan Options. The menu prints Spaghetti Carbonara at $26.90 and Chicken Parmigiana at $28.90. What it is: a parmigiana is crumbed meat topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese. The site lists evening hours: 6pm to 9pm Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, 6pm to 9:30pm Friday and Saturday, and closed Monday.

The Burger Block is at 85 Willsmere Road, Kew, next to Kew East. AGFG lists it with Takeaway, Child Friendly and Alfresco Dining. We could not find a menu price we could stand behind, so there is no dollar figure here, and we have not printed hours because the listings we saw did not agree.
The move: Check the venue’s site for the menu and hours before you go.
Kati Thai Restaurant — 66A Doncaster Road, Balwyn North VIC 3104
Kati Thai Restaurant is at 66A Doncaster Road, Balwyn North. AGFG lists it with Takeaway, Child Friendly and Alfresco Dining, and its listing shows opening from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM every day of the week. AGFG is an owner-maintained directory, so treat those hours as a guide. We could not find a menu price.
The move: Ring in a Thai dinner order from 5:30 PM per AGFG’s listing, and confirm the hours first.
Pizzeria Donut Bar Balwyn — 10 Doncaster Rd, Balwyn North VIC 3104
The takeaway site, reached through a bit.ly link, gives the address as 10 Doncaster Road, Balwyn North. It lists 17:00 to 20:30 Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, and 17:00 to 21:30 Friday and Saturday. AGFG lists Takeaway and Child Friendly. We could not find a menu price.
What it is: A pizzeria, per the site’s own header, and its site answers ‘Yes, we do have vegan cheese.’
Eno Garden Brunch & Takeaway — 1146 Burke Rd, Balwyn North VIC 3104
Eno Garden Brunch & Takeaway is at 1146 Burke Rd, Balwyn North. AGFG lists Breakfast, Vegan Options, Pet Friendly and Alfresco Dining. The menu prints Ham Cheese Croissant at $12.50 and Egg & Bacon Roll(With Hash Brown) at $19.50. The site’s contact page lists 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday.
