This is a short page because only two Japanese places passed our checks: The Wasabi Place on High Street, Kew, and Samurai Japanese on Glenferrie Road in neighbouring Hawthorn. We did not pad it.
Both were checked against two independent sources. It also covers sushi and tempura, since Samurai’s listing mentions both. It prints no menu prices.

These are directory hours, not the restaurant’s own, so check with the restaurant before you go.
