Correction (11 October 2026): an earlier version of this page listed places and details we could not stand behind. It has been rewritten from scratch: every place below was confirmed at two independent sources on 11 October 2026.

Four places in Karingal, the suburb next to Langwarrin, carry a vegan marker somewhere we could point to. AGFG lists Vegan Options for Momentum Cafe, Hola Mexico and Mr Pappardelle, and Ferguson Plarre’s own site lists vegan cakes among its Karingal birthday cakes.

A marker is a listing feature, not a promise about a kitchen. We copied no kitchen statement, dedicated fryer claim or allergen policy for any of these places, so none is reported here. If you eat plant-based, or have an allergy, ask at the counter how a dish is made.

Each place was matched against at least two sources, and the venue’s details may have changed since, so check before you go.

Momentum Cafe — 330 Cranbourne Road, Karingal VIC 3199

AGFG lists Momentum Cafe with Vegan Options, and also tags it Child Friendly, Takeaway and Free Wifi. AGFG’s hours show Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and that listing may be out of date. The listing does not say which dishes the vegan tag covers.

Ask: Which menu items the vegan option applies to, and how they are prepared.

Hola Mexico — 197 Karingal Drive, Karingal VIC 3199 (Karingal Hub Shopping Centre, Shop S205), Karingal VIC 3199

AGFG lists Hola Mexico with Vegan Options, alongside Child Friendly, Takeaway and Alfresco Dining. It is a Mexican restaurant, and tacos and similar dishes are built from fillings you can ask about one by one. Its details may have changed, so check before you go.

Fully plant-based or options: Options, as AGFG lists Vegan Options; ask which fillings and sauces are plant-based.

Mr Pappardelle — 197 Karingal Drive, Karingal VIC 3199 (Karingal Hub Shopping Centre, Shop S207), Karingal VIC 3199

AGFG lists Mr Pappardelle with Vegan Options, BYO, Takeaway and Alfresco Dining. Pappardelle is a wide ribbon pasta, so ask about the pasta as well as the sauce. AGFG’s hours show Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, and that listing may be out of date.

Menu markers: AGFG carries a Vegan Options tag; ask at the counter which dishes it covers, pasta included.

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse — 330 Cranbourne Road, Karingal VIC 3199 (Karingal Hub Shopping Centre, Shop K06), Karingal VIC 3199

Ferguson Plarre’s own site says its Karingal store offers birthday cakes, including custom cakes, vegan cakes and cupcake cakes. That is a cake statement, not a claim about the whole range. The store’s details may have changed, so check before you go.

Kitchen statement: We copied none, so ask the store how its vegan cakes are made and handled.

How we checked

We checked every place on this page against at least two independent sources on 11 October 2026: the Australian Good Food Guide, karingalhub.com.au and the places’ own websites. Menus, prices and opening hours change, so check with the venue before you go. The cover photo is illustrative, from Unsplash, and does not show any place on this page.
