Mumchan’s own site gives its address as Triholm Ave, Laverton, and AGFG lists the same location. We file it as a Korean restaurant. AGFG lists Vegan Options and Takeaway for it, but those are listing features, not our checks. We could not find a menu with prices we could read, and the pages we read carry no date, so treat the details as needing a confirmation.
