Both restaurants are in Laverton itself, at addresses confirmed at two independent sources. One publishes a menu we copied a single price from and no hours we could print, the other is an Indian restaurant with evening hours listed on AGFG. They suit different stages: one for a low-stakes first catch-up, the other for a sit-down dinner. If you want a longer list, this is not it, and we would rather say so than pad it.

Favor and Grace — 87 Railway Avenue, Laverton VIC 3028
The venue’s own site and the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) both give the address as 87 Railway Avenue, Laverton. AGFG lists it with the tags “Alfresco Dining”, “Child Friendly”, “Pet Friendly”, “Takeaway” and “Breakfast”. Those are features on the AGFG listing, so read them as the listing’s description rather than ours. The one menu price we copied on 9 October 2026 is sweet potato chips with aioli at $12, which is the kind of plate two people can share while the conversation finds its feet.
The “Breakfast” tag and the sources we read do not add up to an evening opening time, and the sources gave us no single set of hours we could print. So treat this as a daytime plan until you have rung to ask when it opens, and keep the next entry as your Plan B for dinner.

Biryani Nation’s own contact page and AGFG both place it at 6 Lohse Street, Laverton. AGFG lists these opening hours: Monday closed; Tuesday to Friday 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM. That is an owner-maintained directory listing and it may be out of date, so confirm before you book a night around it. AGFG tags the restaurant “Child Friendly” and “Takeaway”.
The menu prints several rice and noodle dishes at close prices. Fry Piece Pulao and Schezwan Fried Rice are each $19.95, while Fried Rice and Plain Noodles are each $18.95. Pulao is a rice dish, and “Schezwan” is usually a chilli-style sauce, which helps if you are choosing quickly.
