Melbourne leans on its live music reputation, so it is fair to ask what is actually written down for Lilydale. This page answers that for four places: three in Lilydale and one in Chirnside Park, just outside it.
Each place is here because a source lists live music for it. AGFG tags three of them with Live Music, and the country club’s own site describes a Friday night program. We checked each one against its own website and OpenStreetMap, and we print no band names, set times or capacities because none were published on the pages we read.

Olinda Creek Hotel — 161 Main Street, Lilydale VIC 3140
AGFG lists Live Music for Olinda Creek Hotel, alongside Takeaway and Alfresco Dining. The hotel’s own site prints opening hours of Monday to Sunday, 10:00am to 04:00am, which makes it the latest-listed room on this page. We could not find a published gig calendar, so this page names no acts or nights. The site carries no recent date, so treat the hours with some caution.
Gig nights: AGFG lists live music but we could not find which nights, so ask the hotel before you head out.
Hendriks — 54 John Street, Lilydale VIC 3140
AGFG lists Live Music for Hendriks, together with Child Friendly, BYO, Vegan Options, Takeaway and Alfresco Dining. Its own site prints restaurant hours of Monday to Saturday from 11:30AM until late, and Sunday from 8:30AM to 7.30PM. Hendriks’ menu prints a Bacon & Egg Bun at $10.00, and a Cheese Burger, Chips at $14.00, so a feed is listed alongside the music tag.

Catch: the live music tag comes from AGFG, and we could not find a gig list or door charge for Hendriks, so confirm both with the venue.
The Lilydale General — 110 Beresford Road, Lilydale VIC 3140
AGFG lists Live Music for The Lilydale General, along with Child Friendly, Vegan Options, Takeaway and Alfresco Dining. Its own site describes a killer outdoor seating area that is dog friendly. We could not find a published music program or opening hours we could quote, so this entry rests on the AGFG tag alone.
Door: no cover charge or music days were published on the pages we read, so call the cafe before planning a night around it.
Chirnside Park Country Club — 68 Kingswood Drive, Chirnside Park VIC 3116
This is the one place here that describes its program in its own words. The club’s site has a live shows section for 2026 and a Friday Night Live Music entry, saying that on Friday nights throughout the year it offers free live music to members and guests in the lounge. Its site lists opening hours of Monday to Wednesday 9am to 10pm, Thursday to Saturday 9am to 12am, and Sunday 10am to 10pm. It is in Chirnside Park, not Lilydale.
Door: the club’s site says the Friday music is free to members and guests, so check how guest entry works before you go.
