Every pizza menu makes a claim, even by omission. This page covers four kitchens in and around Lower Plenty: two in Montmorency and two in Templestowe, from a pizza shop AGFG lists for takeaway to a sit-down Italian restaurant.
We quote what each venue publishes about its hours and menu, and where a place states nothing about dough, oven or BYO, we say it is not stated rather than guess.
Each place was checked against at least two sources, including OpenStreetMap, the venue’s own site and the Australian Good Food Guide.

Global Pizza — 7 Were Street, Montmorency VIC 3094
Global Pizza’s own site gives its address as 7 Were St, Montmorency, and lists store hours of Monday closed, Tuesday – Thursday & Sunday 4:30pm–9:15pm, and Friday & Saturday 4:00pm–10:00pm. AGFG lists it as Child Friendly and Takeaway. We did not read a menu with prices, so none are printed here.
The style: Global Pizza publishes no dough or oven claim that we could quote, so we are not naming a style for it.
Boof Pizza — 126A James Street, Templestowe VIC 3106
Boof Pizza’s ordering site lists store hours of 12:30pm - 9:30pm, Monday and Wednesday to Sunday, with Tuesday closed. The prices we copied are for burgers and sides rather than pizzas. Its menu prints the Cheeseburger at $14.50, and the Garlic Bread Roll at $5.50.

The venue’s name pairs pizza with burgers, and its site prints the address as 6 Were Street, Montmorency. The menu prints PIPPA’S FETA CHIPS, described as herb chips loaded with creamy Danish feta, at $12, and SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE at $24. AGFG lists Child Friendly, Pet Friendly, Takeaway, Alfresco Dining and Free Wifi.

D’Oro calls itself a restaurant and wine bar, and its site lists opening hours of Tuesday - Sunday 12:00 PM - 09:30 PM. This is the dine-in end of the list. The menu prints PIZZA D’ORO at $34, and GARLIC FOCACCIA at $17. Pasta sits on the same menu, with LINGUINE CARBONARA at $32.
