Pistachio Ice Cream, creamy and gluten-free per the menu’s own description, is $10.00 at Nepal Dining Room.
AGFG lists the restaurant as Child Friendly, with Vegan Options and Takeaway. Its site gives 156 Waverley Rd as the address.

Lukumades — 89 Koornang Road, Carnegie VIC 3163
Lukumades is the Carnegie stop. Its site lists the branch at 3/89 Koornang Road with 12pm-11pm daily, and OpenStreetMap carries the shop under the same name.
Lukumades are Greek-style fried dough balls, usually served with a topping. We copied no prices, so none is printed.
The build: check the Carnegie shop’s own menu for what goes on the donuts, since we could not read it.
