Planning a family dinner is mostly a checklist. This page covers five places in and around Mckinnon: a pub and a pizza and pasta shop in Mckinnon, a club in Bentleigh, and two restaurants in Ormond.
We checked each one against two sources, from OpenStreetMap and the places’ own sites to the Australian Good Food Guide. AGFG tags are the listing’s, not ours, so we say AGFG lists them rather than state them as fact. We could not confirm fencing, toilets, shade or high chairs for any place here, so ring ahead.

Mckinnon Hotel — 251 McKinnon Rd, Mckinnon VIC 3204
AGFG lists Mckinnon Hotel as Child Friendly. It also lists Alfresco Dining and Live Music. The pub’s own site says daily from 12 pm. We found no date on the pages read, so check that the details still hold.
Pram check: We could not confirm step-free access from the sources, so ask the pub before you bring a pram.
Jaspers Pizza and Pasta — 248 Jasper Rd, Mckinnon VIC 3204
AGFG lists Jaspers Pizza and Pasta as Child Friendly and as Takeaway. Its own site gives the address as 248 Jasper Rd. The store hours it prints are Monday closed, Tuesday to Thursday 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Pack: Take the printed store hours with you, because Monday is listed as closed on its site.
Bentleigh RSL — 538 Centre Rd, Bentleigh VIC 3204
The club’s site says families are always welcome to enjoy its on-site playground. It also says reservations are encouraged, especially on weekends. Hours listed there are open daily from 10am to 3am. It is a club with a bar, so decide what suits your table.
Pram check: The site does not say anything about pram access that we could find, so ring the club first.
Bombay Club — 564 North Road, Ormond VIC 3204
AGFG lists Bombay Club as Child Friendly, BYO and Takeaway. The menu prints SAMOSA (2 PCS) at $9.00. It also prints PANEER KULCHA at $6.00. This page does not list its hours.

AGFG lists Remezzo as Child Friendly, with BYO, Takeaway and Alfresco Dining. Its own site lists opening hours of 4.30pm to 9pm, Tuesday to Sunday. The restaurant is at 568 North Road, Ormond. The site is undated, so confirm the hours.
