Not been inside a gym since school? Doesn’t matter. The question that sorts the options is simpler: what does it cost, when can you get in, and what does the place itself say it offers? This page lists four gyms and leisure centres around Melton South, and the only criteria are the ones the venues publish: membership prices, hours and listed facilities.
None of the four has a Melton South address. Two are in Melton, one is in Brookfield and one is in Weir Views, so this is the list of places we could verify in and around Melton South. All four list 24/7 access on their own pages or their centre’s page, and two of them publish membership prices we could read.

Melton Waves Leisure Centre — 206 Coburns Road, Melton VIC 3337
Melton Council’s page describes Melton Waves as having a “25m Indoor Heated Pool”, a “50m Outdoor Pool”, a “Health Club/Gym” and “Group fitness classes”, among other pools. The centre’s own site says “Gym access available 24/7 for members”, and its opening-hours page lists centre hours of Monday to Friday 5:00am - 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm, with the gym listed separately as 24/7 for members who have done an induction. The adult membership on the 12-month commitment is $20.50/week plus a $79 joining fee, and month to month it is $24.50/week plus a $99 joining fee. We captured no casual entry fees for this centre.

Genesis Health + Fitness Melton — 15-21 Coburns Road (corner Coburns and Brooklyn Roads), Brookfield VIC 3338
Genesis’s own page for the Melton club says “CLUB OPENING HOURS Open 24/7” and lists “CLUB STAFFED HOURS Monday - Sunday 6am - 10pm”. It lists a “25m indoor heated mineral pool*”, marked with an asterisk that the page ties to staffed hours. The page names “Group Fitness Yoga Reformer Pilates Personal Training Cardio Boxing” among its offers, and for children a “Swim school - ages 6 months to 12 years” and “FREE KidzFit classes for 6-12 year olds”. Its own site shows no prices that we could read.

Anytime Fitness Weir Views — Shop MM2, Opalia Plaza, 201 Exford Road, Weir Views VIC 3338
Opalia Plaza’s store page lists the club at Shop MM2 and says “Open 24 hours, 7 days a week”. OpenStreetMap tags the same club with opening hours of “24/7”. The club’s own site did not respond when we checked, so we have no prices and nothing about its classes or facilities beyond that listing.
Get involved: with no prices on file, ask the club directly; the centre lists it as open around the clock.
Mick’s Gym 24/7 — 65 Reserve Road, Melton VIC 3337
Mick’s own site says “Open 24 Hours / 7 Days for Members” and lists a “Ladies only room”. The Melton Indoor Sports Stadium site lists Mick’s Gym at the same address. Ongoing membership is $12.95 per week, and the upfront options are $299 for 6 months and $449 for 12 months. Casual visits cost $10 a session, but only during the daytime hours the site lists for them, and the site says the sauna is available to casual visitors for $15 per session per person.
