A dessert list is a list of items and prices. Four places in and around Mulgrave had enough on the public record for us to stand behind them. Two have a Mulgrave address, one is in Wheelers Hill and one is in Springvale.
Only one of the four prints a dessert menu with prices we could read: The Last Piece. The two bakeries list what they sell but no prices, and IKEA gives one price. Hours are as each place published them.

The Last Piece (Last Piece Eatery) — 7/2 Stadium Circuit, Waverley Park, Mulgrave VIC 3170
Four desserts, one price. Among the items on the dessert page of the menu PDF are TRADITIONAL TIRAMISU, TRIO GELATO, STICKY DATE PUDDING and CLASSIC CHEESECAKE at $15 each. The same page also lists BOMBA PIZZA DONUT at $15 and NUTELLA PIZZA at $18.
A quick decoder. Tiramisu is an Italian layered dessert of coffee-soaked sponge and mascarpone. Sticky date pudding is a date sponge, usually served with a toffee sauce. A trio of gelato means three flavours on the plate.
The site lists its hours as “Mon – Tue 7.30am – 3pm Wed – Fri 7.30am – LATE Sat – Sun 8:00am– LATE”. It gives no closing time for “LATE”, so we print none.

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse Waverley Gardens — Kiosk 5, Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre, 271 Police Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170
The bakery’s site says “our bakery is packed with cupcakes, donuts, and celebration cakes that make everyday moments special”. The same page talks about “picking up a sponge cake, ordering a wedding cake, or grabbing a quick tart with your coffee”.
Its hours are listed as Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM. The product prices are not on the page text we read, so this entry carries none.
The build: A sponge cake, a tart, cupcakes and donuts are the items the page names. The page lists no components for them.
Order: A tart is the page’s own “quick” option with a coffee, so start there and ask for today’s prices at the kiosk.
IKEA Springvale (Swedish Restaurant and Bistro) — 917 Princes Highway, Springvale VIC 3171
IKEA is in Springvale, not Mulgrave. Its food page lists a cinnamon bun at a regular price of $2. A cinnamon bun is a rolled, spiced sweet bun, and the page prices it as the regular item.
The store page lists the restaurant at “Monday - Saturday 9:30 am - 8:30 pm” and “Sunday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm”, with “breakfast served until 11 am”. It also mentions “kids’ menu options”. We hold no other dessert item with a price for this store.

The Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre directory lists Paul’s Patisserie with a line that names “delicious sweet treats”, “heart-warming savouries” and a “range of personalised cakes”. It adds “visit us for breakfast, lunch or for an afternoon treat”, so it is a stop for an arvo sweet as well as a morning one.
The directory lists its hours as “Hours of Trading: Standard Shopping Centre Hours” and gives no times, so we print none. We hold no prices for this shop, so this entry carries none.
The build: Sweet treats, savouries and personalised cakes are the directory’s own categories. No components are listed.
