Bicycle Thieves is the only cafe here with menu prices we could read, so it is the only one with dollar amounts.

Bicycle Thieves — 449 High Street, Northcote VIC 3070
AGFG tags Bicycle Thieves for breakfast, and the cafe’s site says it also caters to brunch-goers hungry for more than the basics. Its menu PDF prints eggs on toast at $12, our crumpets at $12 and toast with spreads at $9. The site lists Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3.30pm.

AGFG tags Little Local for breakfast and lists vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. The cafe’s site lists Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 3:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm and weekends 8:00am to 3:30pm. We could not find a published menu with prices, so no dish is named here.
Go for: a weekday start, since the cafe’s site lists 7:30am from Monday to Friday.
Red Door Corner Store Cafe — 70 Mitchell Street, Northcote VIC 3070
AGFG tags Red Door Corner Store Cafe for breakfast, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. Its site lists Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm and weekends 8am to 4pm. The same site prints that the kitchen closes at 3pm, so plan a cooked breakfast around the earlier time.
Go for: a cooked plate before the kitchen closes at 3pm, going by the cafe’s own site.
Tinker — 235 High Street, Northcote VIC 3070
AGFG tags Tinker for breakfast and lists vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, plus takeaway. Its site lists a 7:00am start Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the weekday closing time printed there has moved since we first checked, so read the site for the current close. We could not find a published menu with prices.

Ash & Rye — 8/57 Victoria Road, Northcote VIC 3070
AGFG tags Ash & Rye for breakfast and lists vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. The same listing shows Monday and Wednesday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm, weekends 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Tuesday closed. Hours and features here come from AGFG alone, so check before you go.

Three Locals — 127 Station Street, Fairfield VIC 3078
Three Locals is in Fairfield, just outside Northcote. AGFG tags it for breakfast and lists vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. The same listing shows Monday to Friday from 6:15am, Saturday from 6:45am and Sunday from 7:00am, closing at 4:00pm each day.
