This page keeps the cuisines apart so you can read each menu on its own terms: one Malaysian restaurant, two Korean barbecue places, one Chinese takeaway and one noodle house that OpenStreetMap tags as Chinese.
Three are in Nunawading and two are in Mitcham, just along Whitehorse Road and Colombo Street. Each was checked against two sources, and a region or style is named only where a source names it. Where a place has no menu or hours online, we say so.

OpenStreetMap tags Chan Kee Bak Kut Teh as a Malaysian restaurant, and its own site gives a phone, email and the address on Springvale Road. We could not find a published menu, prices or hours. That makes this a one-line mention.
Decoder: bak kut teh is generally a pork rib soup, but we could not find a menu that shows what this kitchen serves.

Its ordering site prints Singapore Fried Noodle with Chicken at $20.30 and lists Dry Pan Mee at $18.30 with fungus, anchovies, spinach, minced pork and fried shallots. Pan mee is a noodle dish, and here the menu spells out the toppings for you. The site lists Monday to Saturday 11am to 7:45pm and Sunday closed.

Madang Korean BBQ is listed at 493 Whitehorse Road in Mitcham, and OpenStreetMap and AGFG agree on the address and hours. We found no own website and no prices, so check before you go. AGFG lists it every day from 5:30 PM, closing at 10:00 PM, or 10:30 PM on Friday and Saturday.
