Four places here, one in Nunawading and three in Mitcham, so this is in and around Nunawading. Every hour comes from a named listing. The pubs are quoted on hours, not on food, because we could not find a published kitchen closing time for them.
Each place was checked against two independent sources. Check the venue and PTV before you leave.

Burvale Hotel — Cnr Springvale Road & Burwood Highway, Nunawading VIC 3131
Its own site lists general opening hours of Mon - Sun: 10:00am - 04:00am. That is the fact. Its site also says the Family Bistro is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. We could not find a kitchen closing time. AGFG tags it Live Music, but we found no lineup.
Kitchen closes: We could not find a published time, so ask before you count on a meal.
Jumbo Kebabs Mitcham — 2/432 Mitcham Road, Mitcham VIC 3132
Dinner pickup runs from 16:00 Hrs TO 05:00 Hrs, every day, per its own site. Its site says it offers takeaway and online ordering through ozfoodhunter. AGFG tags it Child Friendly. Its site lists an HSP (Halal Snack Pack). On the ordering page, the Hotdog combo is $10.00 with chips and a drink. The Lamb Kebab and the Chicken Kebab are each $14.99, and the Mix Kebab is $15.99.

Madang Korean BBQ — 493 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham VIC 3132
AGFG lists Friday and Saturday as 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM, and the other nights to 10:00 PM. That makes it a later dinner, not a 3am stop. Korean BBQ is a format where meat is grilled and shared, but we could not find a menu or prices for this place. We found no website.
Get home: It closes earlier than the pubs, so check the PTV timetable for your stop.
Mitcham Hotel — 556 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham VIC 3132
Its own site lists general opening hours of Everyday: 10:00am - 4:00am. OpenStreetMap agrees. The site says the Family Bistro serves lunch and dinner every day of the week. AGFG tags it Live Music, but we found no gig dates. We could not find a published kitchen closing time or menu prices.
Last tram / night bus: We have not matched a stop to this pub, so check the PTV timetable first.
