Every pizza menu makes a claim, even a short one: the style is in the name, the oven is in the description, and the price is in the corner. Only two places in Oakleigh gave us enough on the public record to stand behind, so this is a short list on purpose. Both addresses below are in Oakleigh.
Just Italy lists wood-fired pizzas with prices in its own online shop. Melissa Oakleigh has a woodfire pizza section on its own menu that starts in the evening, but we did not record a price for it, so none is printed here. Other pizza places in the suburb may be good; they did not clear our two-source check, so they are not on the page.
We name the style only where a menu does, quote the venue’s own words about its oven, and say “not stated” where a policy such as BYO or takeaway was not in what we read.

Just Italy — 53 Atherton Road, Oakleigh VIC 3166
Just Italy’s website says it offers “authentic Italian pasta, pizza, and sauces made with the finest ingredients.” Its online pizza collection lists every pizza under the heading “WoodFired PIZZA”, and that is the shop’s own wording for the oven. WoodFired PIZZA - Margherita is listed at $13.00; a margherita is the plain classic of tomato, mozzarella and basil. WoodFired PIZZA - Ham, Diavola and Napoletana are each listed at $14.00 (a diavola is the spicy-salami pizza), and WoodFired PIZZA - Meat Lovers is listed at $15.00.
These are prices from the shop’s own online store, so they may differ from the in-store menu. The site prints its opening hours as “Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Friday & Saturday 7:30 am – 9:00 pm Sunday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm”.

The style: the shop’s listings say “WoodFired PIZZA” and name no regional style beyond that, so we do not label it Neapolitan or anything else, and BYO and takeaway policy are not stated in what we read.
Melissa Oakleigh — 5 Eaton Mall, Oakleigh VIC 3166
Melissa’s own website lists “WOODFIRE PIZZA (FROM 5PM)” as a section of its food menu, and a separate breakfast menu headed “BREAKFAST MENU (UNTIL 1PM)”. The site says “Open 7 Days A Week 8 am till Late” and gives no closing time that we could find, so ring ahead if a late pizza is the plan.
We recorded only the section heading, not the pizza names or prices under it, so we print none here. Its breakfast menu PDF also says “WEEKENDS WILL INCUR A 10% SURCHARGE. | PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL INCUR A 15% SURCHARGE.” Ask whether the same surcharges apply in the evening.
Menu tells: the heading says the pizza starts from 5pm, which makes it an evening item at a place whose site also lists a breakfast menu, and BYO and takeaway policy are not stated in what we read.
