Six cafes passed our checks for this page, and only two of them are inside Officer itself: Blondie’s Kafe and The High Horse Cafe. Three more are in Beaconsfield and one is at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Pakenham, so read this as brekkie in and around Officer.
Four of the six publish a menu with prices we could read. For Blondie’s Kafe and Frankies we could not read any prices, so they appear without dollar figures. Menus and hours change, so check the cafe’s own listing before you head out. Sweet or savoury, pick a lane.

Blondie’s Kafe — Shop B, 27 Golden Banksia Drive, Officer VIC 3809
Blondie’s Kafe is one of the two cafes on this page that is inside Officer. We found no website of its own, so this entry rests on an OpenStreetMap record and a Restaurant Guru listing, which is a third-party aggregator. OpenStreetMap lists weekday hours of 6am to 3pm. We could not read a menu or any prices for it, so no dollar figure appears here.
Roaster: none named in the sources we read, so the weekday hours are the practical fact to take away.
The High Horse Cafe — 4 Cotswold Crescent, Officer VIC 3809
The cafe’s own site describes the offer as “Coffee, breakfast, lunch & anything in between”, dine-in or takeaway, and says it takes bookings. Its visit page lists Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm and Saturday to Sunday 8.00am to 3.00pm. The prices below come from a PDF menu on its site whose file name carries a February date, so treat them as a guide and confirm with the cafe. The brekkie burger is a fried egg, bacon, melted tasty cheese and tomato relish in a linseed sesame brioche bun, per that menu.

The order: Eggs Your Way at $15.50, which the menu describes as poached, fried or scrambled eggs on sourdough or multigrain toast.
Something Good — 1/2 Beaconsfield-Emerald Road, Beaconsfield VIC 3807
Something Good is in Beaconsfield, not Officer. Its own site says “We have you covered on all things breakfast, brunch + lunch” and prints menu prices as bare numbers with no dollar sign. The same site lists its hours as Tuesday to Friday 6:30 to 2:30 and Saturday and Sunday 7:30 to 3, closed Mondays. A benny is short for eggs benedict, poached eggs with hollandaise, and the bacon benny is $25 on this menu.

Daydreamers Cafe — 12-14 Old Princes Highway, Beaconsfield VIC 3807
Daydreamers is in Beaconsfield. Its site lists opening hours of Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 8am to 3pm, and separately says its kitchen is open Monday to Friday 7am to 2pm. It also states a public-holiday surcharge. The menu is a PDF linked from its Menu page. A pavlova is a meringue dessert, and the menu lists a breakfast pavlova at $24.

Middle Ground Cafe & Events — Shop 1, 52-62 Old Princes Highway, Beaconsfield VIC 3807
Middle Ground is in Beaconsfield. Its site calls it a “Breakfast & Lunch Cafe” and an “Events & Function Venue”, and lists 6am to 4pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm Saturday to Sunday and 8am to 2pm on public holidays. The prices below come from a PDF menu whose file name carries an October date, so confirm with the cafe. That menu lists a toasted croissant at $6 and a classic avo at $26, avo being the local short form of avocado.

Frankies (Pakenham) — Shop 4-5 Lakeside Shopping Centre, Pakenham VIC 3810
Frankies is in Pakenham, just outside Officer, in the Lakeside Shopping Centre. Its own site lists 6.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday, with a Public Holiday Hours label on that line, so check holiday trading with the cafe. It also links a pick-up menu and a Book a Table button. The pages we read showed no item prices, so no dollar figure appears for it here.

The High Horse and Middle Ground both list 6am or 6.00am weekday openings on their own sites, and OpenStreetMap lists 6am for Blondie’s Kafe. Frankies lists 6.30am on its own site, and Something Good’s own site lists 6:30 Tuesday to Friday with Monday closed. Daydreamers lists 7am.
Do any of these cafes take bookings?
The High Horse’s site says “Yes we take bookings.” Frankies’ Pakenham page shows a Book a Table button.
Is there a vegan breakfast on this list?
Daydreamers lists a Vegan cherish bowl, tagged (VG), at $23 on its menu. The High Horse’s site tags a carrot and passionfruit cake (GF, VG) at $7.
