Three places. Each publishes a dog or pet rule in its own words. Only one, The High Horse Cafe, has an Officer address. Five Farms Cafe is in Clyde North and Augustus Gelatery is in Pakenham, so this is dog-friendly cafes in and around Officer.
All three put pets outside on their own wording. Quotes are below, as listed. Two venues say “pets”, not “dogs”, so ask about yours. The two photos on this page show coffee roasting, not dogs and not these places. Check with the venue about leads and water.

The High Horse Cafe — 4 Cotswold Crescent, Officer VIC 3809
Status: dog friendly outside on the deck. Its site says “And yes we are dog friendly outside on the deck!”. That is the only dog line we have for it. Hours on its Visit page: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 3.00pm. The site also says “Yes we take bookings.” The menu is a PDF. Its file name carries a dated label, so prices may be out of date. It lists Eggs Your Way at $15.50, poached, fried or scrambled on sourdough or multigrain toast. The Brekkie Burger is $16.50: fried egg, bacon, melted tasty cheese and tomato relish in a linseed sesame brioche bun.

Five Farms Cafe (Clyde North) — 100 Wild Goose Way, Clyde North VIC 3978
Status: pets welcome in the outdoor dining area. Its FAQ asks “Is Five Farms Cafe pet-friendly?” and answers “Absolutely! We welcome pets in our outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meal while spending time with your furry friends.” It says pets, not dogs. Hours on its site: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 4:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3:30pm, with the kitchen closing at 3pm. Toast is $7.50. Toast with eggs your way is $13.80, with free-range poached, fried or scrambled eggs. The Breakfast grand slam bunwich is $16.50: BBQ sauce, fried egg, crispy bacon, pork sausage and caramelized onion.

Augustus Gelatery (Pakenham) — 825 Princes Highway, Pakenham VIC 3810
Status: pets stay outside the shop. The Pakenham store page asks “Can I bring my pet to Augustus Gelatery Pakenham?” and answers “Absolutely! We just ask they stay outside of the shop.” The same page says “Yes! There is both indoor and outdoor seating.” OpenStreetMap lists the shop by name only, with no address, so the address comes from the store page. The store page lists 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and says hours vary between stores, so check. No prices reached us from the pages we read.

The wording we read puts pets outside at all three. The High Horse Cafe says “dog friendly outside on the deck”. Five Farms Cafe welcomes pets “in our outdoor dining area”. Augustus Gelatery asks that pets “stay outside of the shop”. Ask before you bring a dog anywhere else on the premises.
Which of these has a breakfast near Officer?
The High Horse Cafe lists Eggs Your Way at $15.50 on a menu PDF with a dated file name. Five Farms Cafe lists Toast with eggs your way at $13.80, and opens Monday to Friday from 6.30am.
Where can I get gelato with a pet?
Augustus Gelatery in Pakenham says pets can come as long as they stay outside the shop. The store page lists indoor and outdoor seating, and no prices reached us.
