This page answers a planning question: where can a family eat out in Point Cook, and what do the venues and listings actually say? Five places are covered, all in Point Cook: two pubs, two Indian restaurants and a pizza takeaway inside Stockland.
Each entry credits its source. Kids’ meal deals come from the venue’s own site, family tags come from the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) and are described as AGFG listings, and prices appear only where we copied them from a menu.
Hours and menus change, so ring ahead before you book, especially if a nap window or a pram is in play.

The Brook Point Cook — 215 Sneydes Rd, Point Cook VIC 3030
The Brook’s site describes the pub as a destination for the whole family, and lists a $5 kids’ meal for children aged five and under with the purchase of any adult main meal, every day. Its site also lists a separate kids menu at $15 for kids 12 and under, which says all kids meals come with a drink; the terms for the $5 kids’ meal say no dessert or drink is included. A 15% surcharge applies to all items on public holidays, according to the site.

Sanctuary Lakes Hotel — 280 Point Cook Rd, Point Cook VIC 3030
The hotel’s own site says A great family friendly atmosphere. Its site lists a buffet on Friday to Sunday for lunch and Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, and a parma special on Tuesday and Thursday, with lunch from 12 noon and dinner from 5.30PM; this page prints no buffet price. AGFG lists Alfresco Dining, Child Friendly and Disabled Access among its features. The site prints OPEN DAILY from 10AM to 4AM, and its Sports Bar page prints 11am to late.

Kesari Indian Kitchen Point Cook — Shop 401, Point Cook Town Centre, 1 Murnong Street, Point Cook VIC 3030
Kesari’s site says it is open for dine-in, pick-up and take away. AGFG lists it as Child Friendly. Its own site prints one hours line of 11:00 am to 10:30 pm, but Stockland’s store listing shows an earlier close on some weeknights, so confirm before a late dinner.

Minar Indian Restaurant — Shop 11/48-56 Tom Roberts Parade, Point Cook VIC 3030
Minar’s site prints opening hours of 17:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and 12:00 to 23:00 on Saturday and Sunday. The menu we copied from its order page lists a Naan at $3.50 and a Chicken Biryani at $20.00. It also lists Mango Kulfi at $6.50, and Shahi Paneer at $20.95, which its menu describes as cottage cheese in a rich and thick mild tomato-based gravy. Its site also says to ask about takeaway options.
