Breakfast here means menus and listed hours. This page covers five places in and around Prahran: four in Prahran and one in South Yarra.
Each entry gives the dishes the venue prints, the price beside the item, and the opening hours the venue’s own site lists. Where a venue gives no hours or no price we copied, we leave it out.
The menus we read name no coffee roaster, so we do not name one.

Tall Timber — 60 Commercial Road, Prahran VIC 3181
Tall Timber’s site says ‘Open 365 days’, with weekdays 7am - 3pm and weekends and public holidays 7:30am- 3pm. The menu carries a ‘# all day breakfast’ heading. Broadsheet says to ’expect brioche French toast and Mexican-inspired dishes’. The menu prints Shakshuka* (V) at $29 and sMASHED Avocado* (V) at $26, and its footer notes a surcharge on weekends.

Moonchild Bistro — 105 Greville Street, Prahran VIC 3181
Moonchild’s site runs the line ‘Breakfast till 1pm’ and says it is open seven days. It lists Monday 8:00 am – 3:00pm, Tuesday – Friday 8:00 am – 10:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 10:00pm and Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm. The site also carries a second hours block, so check before you go. The menu prints EGGS BENEDICT at $20, Avocado Smash at $24 and The BIG BREKKIE at $29.

Penance (Greek-inspired cafe) — 3A Carlton Street, Prahran VIC 3181
Penance’s site lists ‘Monday to Friday - 6am-2:30pm’, ‘Saturday - 7am-2:30pm’ and ‘Sunday - Closed’. That is the earliest weekday opening on this page. A directory describes it as ‘A café where Hellenic soul meets baroque drama’. We could not find a published menu, so no dishes or prices are listed.
Roaster: we did not find one named in what we read, so we name none.
Entrecote Brasserie — 142 Greville Street, Prahran VIC 3181
Entrecote’s site advertises ‘Breakfast sur la Terrace & Brasserie’ with a last-order time printed there. Its PDF menus print set-menu prices of 2 COURSES at $56,9 and 3 COURSES at $64,9, with commas as printed; we could not tie a price to the breakfast menu itself. They also list Baguettes at $17.90 and Croque Monsieur at $17,9. The site lists a ‘Vegan Menu’ and a ‘Kids Menu’.

MiddleSouthEast says ‘Our breakfast menu is served daily from 7am’. The breakfast menu prints Eggs On Toast at $15, Avocado Toast at $19 and Habibi Classic at $28. The site lists ‘Indoor & Outdoor Dining’ and a ‘Garden of Eden (vegan and gluten free)’. It is on Chapel Street in South Yarra.
