Planning dinner for a table with kids? This page covers six restaurants in Richmond, each tagged Child Friendly in its Australian Good Food Guide listing. Between them there are Italian, Mexican, Indian and Vietnamese menus.
Checklist for reading it: hours come with the name of whose listing they are, tags are labelled as AGFG’s rather than the venue’s, and prices appear only where a menu printed them. Two places have prices here; for the other four we could not read one.
We checked each place against its AGFG listing and its own website or ordering page. We have not confirmed high chairs, prams access or toilets for any of them, so ring ahead if those matter.

Baby Pizza — 631-633 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121
AGFG lists Baby Pizza as Child Friendly and also tags it Alfresco Dining, Takeaway, Delivery, and Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options. The restaurant’s own menu prints a MARGHERITA PIZZA at $27.50 and a LASAGNA BOLOGNESE at $32.50. AGFG’s listing gives 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every day of the week.

A taqueria is a taco-focused Mexican eatery, and AGFG tags this one Child Friendly, Takeaway and Vegetarian Options. AGFG lists 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, and 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. We could not read a menu price, and the venue’s pages carry no year, so check the current menu.
Nap block: AGFG’s opening time is midday, so it suits a late lunch or an early dinner rather than a morning outing.
Senor Mexico — 376 Bridge Road, Richmond VIC 3121
AGFG tags Senor Mexico as Child Friendly, Alfresco Dining, Pet Friendly, Takeaway and Delivery, with Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options. Its own site lists Tuesday - Friday: 5 pm - 9 pm and Saturday: 12 pm - 9 pm. We have not copied a menu price for it, and the site carries no year, so check that those hours are current.
Pack: the alfresco tag is AGFG’s, not a venue promise, so ask about seating outside before you count on it.
3 Idiots Handcrafted Indian Flavours — 378 Bridge Rd, Richmond VIC 3121
AGFG tags 3 Idiots as Child Friendly, with Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Halal Options, plus Alfresco Dining, Pet Friendly and Takeaway. Its site lists Tuesday - Sunday 5pm - 9pm.
