This page covers four restaurants in Rowville: China Bar at Stud Park, Peking Land on Stud Road, Global Noodle Bar at Wellington Village and Tosaria on Henderson Road. Between them the menus lean Malaysian, Cantonese, Chinese noodle dishes and modern Asian, and each entry names the style only where the venue does.
Each entry decodes a dish or two, gives a first order with its listed price where we could read one, and says whose hours listing we used. Every place was checked against at least two sources, and prices are copied as printed.

China Bar Stud Park — Shop 18, Stud Park Shopping Centre, Stud Road, Rowville VIC 3178
The Stud Park centre site says China Bar serves the most popular tastes from Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, and lists it on the ground level next to Bakers Delight. Its own site names BBQ Roast Pork with Rice, Curry Laksa and Hainanese Chicken Rice. That site lists Monday to Wednesday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Thursday and Friday 9.00am to 9.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 5.00pm. We could not read any prices, so none are printed.
Decoder: Hainanese chicken rice is a chicken-and-rice dish and laksa is a noodle soup; the site names both without describing them further.
Peking Land — Unit 1, 1089 Stud Road, Rowville VIC 3178
Peking Land’s site says it has been established since 1992 and prints a Cantonese Dim Sims 3PCS line at $8.80. Its menu describes the Famous Peking Duck as roasted duck with the meat and skin carved out and wrapped in a Mandarin pancake with shallot and cucumber, and lists the half at $38.80. Its own site prints no hours, so we used AGFG, which lists lunch and dinner Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with Saturday dinner running 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. AGFG also tags it Fully Licensed and BYO.

Global Noodle Bar — Shop 12, 1100 Wellington Road, Rowville VIC 3178
Global Noodle Bar’s site says its recipes are inspired by recipes from across Asia. Its Black Bean Stir-Fried Noodles (Beef) are $15.80, and its Vietnamese Spring Rolls (6pcs), chicken rolls served with lettuce, mint leaves and fish sauce, are $11. The site lists Monday to Friday 11:30am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm to 9pm, and the Wellington Village directory agrees.

Decoder: the menu describes the black bean noodles as stir-fried in a sauce of fermented black beans, garlic and a hint of sweetness, with your choice of noodle and protein.
Tosaria — 60 Henderson Road, Rowville VIC 3178
Tosaria’s site calls itself Diverse Modern Asian Dining, and its a la carte menu mixes dishes from several cuisines: Pad Thai Chicken at $16.00, Nasi Goreng at $20.00 and Takoyaki (6P) at $14.00. The menu also prints a 10% weekend surcharge, so those prices apply on weekdays only. Its own site lists 8:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Saturday, with evening sessions from 6:00pm until late Tuesday to Saturday, and Sunday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
