Three places in Rowville have burger menus we could verify, and that is the whole list: a burger shop at Stud Park, a cafe and bar in Wellington Village, and a pub on Stud Road. It is a short list and we are not padding it.
Each was checked against at least two sources. What follows is the build as published: the beef claim, the menu name, the price where one is printed. Where a site gives no sauce, bun or patty detail, we say so.

YOMG’s site says its burgers are 100% australian angus, grass-fed beef, no additives. It adds that its beef and chicken come from a halal-certified source. Vegetarian and vegan items are marked V or VG on the menu, per its site. The site prints no burger prices that we could find, so none are listed here. Its site lists Friday and Saturday hours of 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The build: Beef is the published detail; we could not find a patty count, bun or sauce on the site.
Eating House — Shop 17, Wellington Village Shopping Centre, 1100 Wellington Road, Rowville VIC 3178
The online-ordering page lists a section called The Burger Bar, and Eating House Double Beef Classic there is $30.90. The name says double beef; the page text we have gives no bun, cheese or sauce detail. Prices come from the pickup and delivery menu, and dine-in prices may differ because we could not read the dine-in menu as text. The venue’s site lists opening daily from 7:30am to 9pm.

Stamford Inn’s Sports Bar menu PDF lists a Cheeseburger at $28, with Fish & Chips at $26 and Chicken Schnitzel at $27 alongside. The menu adds a 10% surcharge on public holidays. The site describes a sports bar with beer on tap and big TV screens. Its general opening hours are 10:00am to 04:00am, Monday to Sunday, which are whole-venue hours rather than kitchen hours, so check when the kitchen closes.
