The same directory lists a separate staffed trading-hours block: Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 4pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm, and Sunday not staffed. It also lists Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 4pm, or by appointment, which reads like staffed times beside the all-hours access. The site’s copyright footer stops at an earlier year, so confirm access details with the gym.

Knox also says more than 120 hours of programs run every week for children, young people and adults, and its tennis courts are listed at the same address. Knox lists normal hours as 9 am to 8:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 am to 9:30 pm on Tuesday, 9 am to 4:30 pm on Friday and 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday, closed Sunday and public holidays. Knox says hours are subject to change, so check before you go.
Comps and age groups: Knox says the programs suit all ages and fitness levels, but we could not find program prices, so ask the centre.

Knox Council’s list of outdoor exercise equipment names Arcadia Reserve, Rowville. Knox places the reserve between Turramurra Drive and Taylors Lane, and Wikipedia says Rowville Heights was established near it. We could not match it to an OpenStreetMap object by name, and no source we found lists which pieces of equipment are there.
