Walrus Japanese is on the ground level of Stud Park Shopping Centre, next to Flight Centre, according to the centre’s directory. The centre says it serves a variety of noodle dishes, banh mi rolls as well as freshly made sushi and sashimi options. The same listing tags it for quick bites and takeaway. We could not find a published menu, prices or hours, so this entry sticks to what the centre says.
Decoder: Sushi is vinegared rice with a topping or filling, while sashimi is sliced raw fish served without rice, and the centre lists both here.

How to order: A hand roll is a cone of seaweed wrapped around rice and filling, eaten by hand, and the listing does not say what the deluxe items include, so ask at the counter.
Tosaria — 60 Henderson Road, Rowville VIC 3178
Tosaria’s own site calls itself ‘Diverse Modern Asian Dining’, so Japanese dishes sit beside Thai and Indonesian ones on one menu. The July menu PDF prints Udon Carbonara at $20.00, which is thick wheat noodles in a creamy sauce. It also prints Takoyaki (6P) at $14.00; takoyaki are wheat-batter balls with octopus inside. The menu lists a vegan-marked Veggies Gyoza as well, and prints a weekend surcharge on top of its prices.
