This guide looks at Greek food in and around South Yarra through what each place publishes today. It covers six places: two in South Yarra, a pick-up and delivery shop on Chapel Street and a deli stall inside Prahran Market, and four in Richmond, on Swan Street and Church Street.
Each place was confirmed at two independent sources, such as its own website, the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG), OpenStreetMap or the market’s trader page. Where a menu prints a price we copy it with its item; where it does not, we say so.
A few dishes come up below. Saganaki is cheese fried or grilled until golden, moussaka is a baked layered dish of eggplant, potato and mince under bechamel, and meze means a spread of small plates to share.

Zeus Street Greek — 670 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141
Zeus Street Greek’s ordering page lists South Yarra among its stores with Pick up and Delivery. AGFG tags it Child Friendly and Delivery, with Vegan Options, Vegetarian Options and Gluten Free Options. We could not read item prices on its menu pages, so none are printed here.

Chaso’s Gourmet Deli (Prahran Market) — 163 Commercial Road (Prahran Market), South Yarra VIC 3141
Prahran Market’s trader page says Chaso’s Gourmet Deli has a variety of homemade dips, home cured olives and delicious dolmades (dolmades are vine leaves wrapped around a filling). The same page lists anchovies, cheese, dips, Greek ham, octopus, olives, peppers, pizza and prawns. It is a stall inside the market at 163 Commercial Road.
The precinct: The market’s page says it is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 7am and Sunday from 8am, and individual traders can keep slightly different hours.
Salona — 260A Swan Street, Richmond VIC 3121
Salona’s site lists two set-price specials. It lists Tuesday Brizola Night! Steak Night the Greek Way (Tuesday) at $30 per guest. The cut is a rotating 300g one off the grill, served with hand cut chips and lahano salata (a cabbage salad). Its site also lists MEZE SUNDAY (Sunday) at $55 per guest, described as designed for lunches that linger. AGFG tags Salona with Alfresco Dining, Free Wifi, Takeaway, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Agapi — 262 Swan Street, Richmond VIC 3121
Agapi’s 2026 PDF menu prints Grilled Calamari at $28.50 and Saganaki (Grilled goats cheese) at $17.50. It also prints Moussaka (Eggplant, potato, minced beef light bechamel) at $32 and Vegetarian Moussaka at $30, and for dessert GALAKTOBOUREKO (a custard pie in filo) at $9.50. Its menu says OUR MENU IS 99% GLUTEN FREE, and its site lists Monday to Sunday 12pm – Late.

Bahari’s site lists dinner Tues - Sunday from 5pm until late. For takeaway, catering and delivery by phone it lists Tues - Sunday / 12pm - 9pm. AGFG tags it Child Friendly, Alfresco Dining and Delivery, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Lambs On Richmond — 423 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121
Lambs On Richmond’s site describes itself as the place to order online for fast takeaway, with Souvlakis, Snack Packs, Loaded Chips and more. Souvlaki is meat grilled on a skewer, usually served in a pita wrap. AGFG tags it Child Friendly, Vegetarian Options and Delivery. Prices sit behind online ordering, so none are printed.
Community context: Its own site pitches fast takeaway, which sets it apart from the sit-down restaurants on this page.
