Chapel Street precinct (South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor) — Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141
The Chapel Street precinct site invites visitors to browse fashion, homewares, gifts, specialty stores and independent retailers across the street. It describes the area as Melbourne’s most prolific hotspot of culture, shopping and community, and the council’s site carries an advocacy page titled ‘A thriving Chapel Street precinct’. The street runs through Windsor, Prahran and South Yarra, so the shops below are listed by their own addresses.
The strip: begin at the South Yarra end and work along the traders on the precinct site; no hours are published for the strip as a whole, so check each shop.
Como Centre — 299 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141
The Como Centre’s site says it captures the cosmopolitan style of South Yarra and calls itself a destination to shop, dine and unwind. Its site places it on the corner of Toorak Road and Chapel Street. The directory lists Palace Cinemas and Barry’s Bootcamp on Level 1. We could not find centre hours on its home page.

CALIBRE Chapel Street — 543 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141
CALIBRE’s store page for Chapel Street lists a personal styling service, with an invitation to book a stylist appointment. The shop is at 543 Chapel Street, per both the brand’s page and the precinct directory. Its site lists hours of 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 - 17:00 on Sunday.
Known for: personal styling by appointment, as the brand’s own page puts it.
Pran Central Shopping Centre — 325 Chapel Street, Prahran VIC 3181
Pran Central’s site leads with the line ‘Health. Fitness. Convenience. Wellbeing right at your doorstep’. Its directory lists Bossy Beans, Sugar Bowl, Sakana and Sandwich Chefs on Ground Level. The address is 325 Chapel Street in Prahran, which the precinct directory also gives. Its pages show two different sets of trading hours, so none are recorded here.

Greville Records — 152 Greville Street, Prahran VIC 3181
