Four places, all read straight off their own sites. Two are in St Kilda, one is in St Kilda East, and one is in Elwood, which is outside the suburb. This page is about burger nights and takeaway builds, not a ranking.
Every burger entry comes from a menu, a specials page or the venue’s own description. Where a place prints a price, you get it with the item and the day. Where it doesn’t, we say so.
No build, no forecast. That’s the rule.

Fat Jak’s — 205 Barkly Street, St Kilda VIC 3182
Fat Jak’s is at 205 Barkly Street. Its site describes classic juicy burgers and massive LOADED parmas. Its locations page lists open all week from 11am until late. We could not find burger builds or prices we could read, so this entry stays with the description.
The build: Unknown, because the site gives a description, not a spec.
Lona St Kilda — 64-66 Acland Street, St Kilda VIC 3182
Lona is on Acland Street, and burgers show up there as a Friday deal. Its what’s-on page lists Lona Burgers at $15, Fridays, all day. Deals change with the season and some offers are marked for Lona Loyalty members, so read that page first. Hours need a hedge too: the contact page says open seven days from 12PM till late, while the what’s-on page carries closed-for-winter notices for Mondays and Tuesdays.

Grosvenor Hotel is in St Kilda East, on Brighton Road. Its weekly specials page lists Burger & Beer at $22 on Monday, with bingo at 7pm listed on the same line. The page says specials are not available on public holidays. The pub’s site also lists a kids menu and takeaway ordering.

Phat Burger Bar (Elwood) — 79 Brighton Road, Elwood VIC 3184
Phat Burger Bar is on Brighton Road in Elwood, so it sits outside St Kilda. Its menu prints the House Burger (beef, cheese, onion, pickles, ketchup, mayo) at $10.50. The Phat Tradie is listed with beef, double cheese, bacon, egg, onion, tomato, ketchup and mayo at $14.00. Egg plus two sauces in one build suggests napkins.

Which St Kilda burger places are open late?
Fat Jak’s locations page lists open all week from 11am until late. Lona’s contact page says open seven days from 12PM till late, with winter Monday and Tuesday closures noted on its what’s-on page. Phat Burger Bar in Elwood lists Friday to Saturday from 10:30am to 1:00am. Grosvenor Hotel lists its public bar and restaurant open Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 1am.
Can I get a takeaway burger near St Kilda?
Phat Burger Bar’s site shows a Place Order Online button, and its hours run to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday. Grosvenor Hotel’s site lists a kids menu and takeaway ordering. We did not find takeaway details for Fat Jak’s or Lona, so check with them directly.
Which burger places near St Kilda publish what goes in the burger?
Phat Burger Bar prints its builds, including the House Burger (beef, cheese, onion, pickles, ketchup, mayo) at $10.50 and the Phat Tradie at $14.00. Fat Jak’s describes its burgers only as classic and juicy on its own site. We could not find a published build for the burger at Grosvenor Hotel or Lona.
