Sunbury Aquatic and Leisure Centre lists a 25m indoor pool, a warm water pool and spas, a steam room, a gym, group fitness rooms and Reformer Pilates classes on its Hume Leisure page. Hume Leisure’s group fitness page says it hosts classes throughout the day, afternoon and early evening, naming LesMills, Metafit and Zumba programs plus its own Reformer Pilates and Yoga. On the group-wide Hume Leisure price list, Adult Gym is listed at $31.40 and Adult Group Fitness at $17.60. The council says it is renovating to give patrons 24 hour access to the existing gym, with works planned from 14 September 2026 to 12 March 2027, so read the gym hours on the centre’s page rather than assuming round-the-clock entry.

Which pools are open at Sunbury Aquatic and Leisure Centre in winter?
The centre’s site says the Intermediate Pool and Water Play Area close for the winter season from 20 April, and summer operations recommence Sunday 1 November 2026. Its winter trial listing has the 50m pool open weekdays 5:30am–9:30am and weekends 8:00am–11:00am. The 25m indoor pool and warm water pool appear in the hours table with the gym.
