A pizza menu is always asserting something, even when it seems silent: the description gives away the style, the venue’s own words point to the oven, and the price sits in the corner. This page covers six pizzerias in and around Thornbury, three in Preston and three in Northcote, and reads each one by the pie rather than by the dinner.
Where a venue makes a claim about its dough or oven, we repeat it word for word, and where BYO or takeaway goes unmentioned we write not stated. We cross-checked every venue with two or more sources, and each price appears exactly as it was printed.

Noi Pizzeria (Preston) — 60 High Street, Preston VIC 3072
Noi Pizzeria’s site says it specialises in Napoletana pizza, made with hand-stretched dough and cooked in a traditional woodfired oven. Napoletana (Neapolitan) is the soft-edged, quickly baked style from Naples, so that is the claim to hold the pies to. The site also describes the place as a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant.
Its dinner menu PDF prints Olive Ascolane at $12 (fried stuffed olives) and Gnocchi alla Sorrentina at $30. Its ordering page lists Monday to Thursday as pickup only.

The Warehouse Pizzeria — 11 Gilbert Road, Preston VIC 3072
The Warehouse Pizzeria’s site calls itself a wood-fired pizza and Italian restaurant in Preston. Its menu prints Margherita Classica at $20 with San Marzano tomato, fior di latte and fresh basil, and adds the line, “The one we got into this for.” It also prints Pizza Funghi at $25.50 with porcini, seasonal mushroom, fior di latte, grana and truffle oil.
The site lists Wednesday to Sunday, from 5pm, and its homepage says the venue has passed to a new family.

The classic: The Warehouse Pizzeria’s Margherita Classica at $20 is the baseline, since a margherita is tomato, mozzarella and basil and shows the dough with nothing to hide behind.
Enzo’s Pizzeria — 201 High Street, Preston VIC 3072
Enzo’s Pizzeria’s menu prints Popular Chicken at $15.50 with tomato, cheese, chicken, onion, mushrooms and BBQ sauce, and Prestonian at $15.50 with ham, salami, prawns, onions, garlic and oregano. It also prints Gourmet Pizza Zucca at $22.00 with roast pumpkin, pine nuts, caramelized onion, baby spinach and fetta. The menu prints no size beside these prices.
Its own line is “Order the best takeaway pizza in Preston today,” which is the venue’s claim, not ours. Its site lists Friday and Saturday 5 PM – 11 PM.

Scarface Pizzeria prices by size: its site prints Classic Margarita pizza at Large $16.90 and Small $12.90, and offers a gluten free choice. The Capricciosa, described as shredded ham, mushrooms and kalamata olives on a tomato base, is printed at Large $17.90 and Small $13.90.
Its site also prints Meal Deal 1 at $25.99 for one large pizza, garlic bread and a 1.25L drink, and Meal Deal 2 at $40.99 for two large pizzas, garlic bread and a 1.25L drink. It lists pickup or delivery.

Tempo Pizza’s site says it has a full bar and late-night kitchen, and says, “we make our own pasta, gelato and tiramisu.” Its menu prints MARGHERITA at $19.50 with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte, fresh basil and EVO, and MARINARA (A.V.P.N) at $18.00 with tomatoes, garlic, oregano and sea salt, plus a note of no seafood. A marinara is the cheese-free pizza, and the menu does not spell out what A.V.P.N means here.
The site lists dine in, takeaway and delivery, and vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. It lists Friday, Saturday and Sunday 17:00 - 02:30.

Pizza e Vino’s homepage runs weekly deals: Margherita Monday offers a classic Large Margherita Pizza for just $12. Its menu prints HOT STUFF at S $17 and L $28 with mozzarella, hot salami and bocconcini, and MS MARGE, the vegan pizza with vegan cheese and basil, at S $15 and L $24. The menu prints BURRATA at L ONLY $38.
Its footer lists Friday - Saturday - 5pm – Late, though other data on the site and AGFG show different hours, so confirm before you go.
